These were only using the image Rotate and/or Crop Board tools. I haven't tried the Shapen/Blur and the Enhance Colors tools yet, but that's next for some other shots that might benefit.

The "Hold Down and See Original Image Button" is pretty useful when you are editing in this section. Best is to play around with it and see the results you get. For the black and white photos I used the Grayscale function along with the Enhance Colors function.
In Rotate you can use "Other" to level horizons and other horizontal surfaces.

Great topic, simple but good advice to BM's from BB.It's interesting to still see photos being posted and it is obvious the BM has not read this thread. I just presumed any guy who has the slightest interest in taking photos of their time in Los would have read it by now
As a hobbyist, I could not explain it better, a few simple things to keep in mind when taking pics and the quality of those pics goes up with 500 %.
I have a Canon DSLR and a Panasonic Bridge Camera. I never take the DSLR with me on holidays (to be honest, I never used it anymore after I bought my Bridge), the Bridge does perfectly the same things, and I don't have to change lenses anymore.

Thanks for your contribution SM. Here is a good article from Ken Rockwell, explaining how it is the person, not the camera that takes the photos. It points out what you have said, it's knowing what you are doing rather than having a flashy camera that makes a great photo.

Read it. Get it. (and like BB writes) Put you in it. Et voila.
