Sri Bar

Located on Sunset Road right off Chalong Cricle. It is the first bar on the left as soon as you leave the circle. Big black sign with yellow letters. See the map about Pool Sook Rich Bar in the first part of the thread. Pool Sook Rich is 75 meters down the street.

I went to this bar on Saturday night with a ladyboy I met off TF, one of her friends works there, Mona.

Mona is damned hot. About 25 years old, nice boob job and average cock. There is another LB there named Doey who is 20, no tits, but super cute face and ass, tiny cock.

Was shooting pool with them and making bets for drinks all night. Things got fun near closing time when a bet was made about having a foursome or taking them to a dance club.

The LB I came with was ok with letting me fuck all three of them. I won the game. I did have to pay Mona and Doey's bar fine and we rented a hotel room down the street.

Sorry no pics, just didn't think to snap any. That bar is worth checking out. Mona and Doey, plus a GG mamasan where the only ones on duty when I was there.

I was in Karon for Loy Kratong doing a bit of bar hopping with an LB friend and stopped into a bar right off Karon Circle. I didn't catch the name of it. It is on the left hand side if the circle is at your back and about 50 meters down the road that leads into area with all the bars and restaurants.

It was a rather big place and it had four LBs and a few GGs. One of the LBs was a stunner, tall, very short black hair (pixie cut), cute feminine face and a tremendous rack.

I couldn't do any mingling since the LB I had with me was already giving me a hard time about being a butterfly.

I'm definitely going back to try and find this LB, but I'm wondering if anyone knows the place or LB that I'm talking about.

On a separate note, the LB I was with also took me to a large bar complex in an semi isolated area near Karon, about a 10 min motorbike ride away from Karon Beach.

She is friends with the Thai owner of the complex, but again I didn't catch the name of the place, but it was teaming with above average LBs and GGs.

I'm going to have to ask my LB friend the name of it and not care if she gets mad or not because that bar complex needs an entry in this thread.

Thanks for this intel Spyder, I've booked 1 night's stay in Karon in some accommodation right by Karon Circle early Jan 2017 to see what LB gems I might uncover and have been scouring the Forum and 'Net to see where I need to monger - but couldn't find the names of any bars specifically associated with LB's - so this is a good lead for me - thanks. I like things to be a bit unpredictable so we'll see what turns up. Conscious that there are about 3 main areas of nightlife in Karon -  one being the bars in the soi's that lead off the road eastwards from Karon Circle, as you describe, another is Bangla Plaza and also Karon Plaza at either end of Luang Pho Chuan Road,  South of Karon Circle about 2/3 of the way down beach road before you reach Kata.

I went back to that bar off Karon Circle I was talking about in the previous post. It turns out the name of the bar is "The Bar With No Name"

The sign isn't visible from the big road if you approach it coming from the circle. You can only see the sign if walking toward the circle and it is still hard to pick out from the jumble of wires and other signage.

If you paste this into Google maps it will put you on the bar.

The girl who has very short black hair and big tits is a GG. I find the combination of short hair and big tits very attractive so I bar fined her. It was a nice change of pace because I've only been with LBs for the past four months.

The LBs that hang around this bar are floaters, they show up when they want from what I gathered talking to one. I actually have been with one of these LBs recently, her name is Bebe, met her on TF a few weeks ago. She is hot, but a bit flaky and territorial over her previous customers. Minor drama about me taking the GG.

I can't say that "The Bar with No Name" is a guaranteed place to pick up LBs, but if you are wandering through that section of Karon it is worth stopping by.

For the section of Karon (Thannon Patak Road/ Road 4028) between the Circle and the temple there are several clusters of bars to explore.

I think it is best to not start too early when you go out because the better looking freelancers and floaters tend keep a later schedule. Wait until at least 9:00pm, if not 10:00pm to make your first pass through that area.

On my most recent visit to this area, I wandered through the bars in the little side Sois just after sunset and saw a few LBs at various bars, but they were not "A Listers."

When I have been in that area a couple of hours later, I saw better looking LBs about.

A semi-related anecdote about exploring off-the-beaten track:

On the night after the King passed away, I was on Thannon Patak Road headed away from the beach on the left-hand side about 75 meters from where the road bends at the temple.

A busty GG freelancer pulled me into a bar that had a heavy black cloth over the front of it. The black cloth was so they could keep partying and not offend anyone mourning the King.

There was a a complicated Thai card game being played on one of the pool tables with a half dressed GG laying on the pool table amid a big pile of 20 baht notes. I'm not too sure what was going on, but that image will be forever burned in my brain. It was the kind of scene you normally see in a movie when they are trying to depict debauchery.

There was a mixture of ok looking GGs and a lot of long-past-their-prime GGs in there. There were a couple of "C list" type LBs in there too.

There were several Thai boys in there drinking and playing cards and they normally don't mingle in the farang spots. I was the only farang in there, except a dour faced Winston Churchill lookalike wearing cheap beach clothes and guzzling Tiger beer.

The bar was incredibly dusty and I think that might have been an unused bar that was hastily reopened as a party spot for Thais in the wake of the King's passing.

I bought the busty GG who pulled me into the place a couple of drinks, but I didn't think she would be worth the time or baht, so when she was distracted I quickly checked bin and got out of there.

I had been texting a LB I know that was in Rawai all evening, and when I told here I was bored out of my mind, she hopped on her motorbike and headed to meet me.

We arranged a meet at an Issan restaurant on Road 4028 about a kilometer inland after the temple. While I was waiting for her, I started chatting to a Thai dude selling Bob Marley tee shirts and other Rastafarian trinkets in this little ramshackle kiosk.

He asked me if I wanted anything with an unusual smile on his face. I was very slow on the uptake, but the dude was selling weed. Right on a very busy road, in plain slight, with his cover story being selling Bob Marley gear.

I made mention of this to the LB while we were eating noodle soup and spicy papaya salad at the Issan restaurant, she laughed and said, "You think he sell tee shirts in the middle of the night? Bob Marley is marijuana."

This was mainly an amusing anecdote, but if I can make a point of it it would be to remain somewhat sober when exploring off the normal tourist circuit.

You can easily find yourself exposed to parts of the drug, gambling and sex underworld that aren't as safe as Bangala Road in Patong.

Bangala is pretty wild, but it is also tame in a sense. It exists for tourists and while you can do dumb shit and get into loads of trouble on Bangala, there is a safety net of sorts.

The only safety net you have when you are outside of the spots that cater to tourists is your sound judgement.

I've gotten a little drunker than I should have on a couple of occasions, but luckily not past the point where I lost my sense of when to get away from a situation that could turn nasty, or a place I don't belong.

The Phuket newspaper runs the occasional story about farangs getting beat down, stabbed or killed and I have no doubt that copious amounts of alcohol are always involved.

Heck, fights even happens on Bangala but most of the time they are stopped before they get too far.

I know this anecdote has picked up a preachy tone, but believe me, I'm mostly preaching to myself.

Writing this is a good way to remind myself to keep my wits and remain cool. I've recently snapped at people for being rude, when I really should have let it slide.

I've got a feeling that if I am ever involved in an altercation it will be with another farang in a touristy area.

I've noticed that some Aussies have a bad habit of staring at people with a stoned faced gaze. No real acknowledgement of your presence in the sense of a smile, or nod of the head. It is not the young Aussie dudes who do this, but the middle aged guys and old timers.

In American culture this is extremely rude, and can often be translated into "fuck you! I want to kick your ass, or get the hell out of here."

It usually happens when I take an LB into a restaurant or bar, and I assume that they don't approve of my company. However, I find that ludicrous for them to be that uptight in Thailand of all places.

I don't think I'm misreading an innocent culture difference, but perhaps an Aussie can shed some light on this.

Kamala Beach - My Dream Bar
Located on Soi Na Hat between the beach park entrance and Grill Bill restaurant
Currently there is one ladyboy working in the bar. She goes by the name Sa, and some of you old time mongers from Pattaya might remember her from Pook Bar circa 2006. She said she worked there back when she was 18.
She's a glamazon type LB, very nice personality and I had a lot of fun with her. She also said they used to have five LBs on staff there, but the bar closed for a while and they all moved away.
She took me to another LB bar in Kamala out on Road 4233 a couple of doors down from the 7/11. The LBs weren't nearly as impressive as Sa. Sorry, can't remember the name bar she took me to.
I can provide better directions to either place upon request.

I went through Kamala a few days ago and Sa isn't at My Dream Bar anymore. Was told that she went to Koh Samui for the high season.

As of a few days ago, they only had "farm fresh" Issan GGs working in My Dream Bar.

The Malibu Bar on Road 4233 in Kamala has had ladyboys working in it every time I've stopped by, but they aren't so great looking. One of them might do in a pinch.

Look for the Monkey House restaurant sign (very visible) and Malibu is beside it.

In October the Rock and Roll Bar on Road 4233 had a 20 year old femboy named Jiffy working there who was a lot of fun. To find Rock and Roll Bar look for the Aussie Pub (huge yellow and green sign) on Road 4233, Rock and Roll is on the opposite side of the road from it.

Don't know if Jiffy is still there though. The ladyboys appear to have autonomy, they drift around from bar-to-bar on their own accord, but some of the GGs appear to be shepherded from one bar to the next in large groups.

From visiting Kamala periodically I get the impression that the GGs rotate in and out of the bars of Kamala routinely.

Most have very little English and I'm pretty sure that a a good percentage of them are from Myanmar and Laos.

Kamala is not a good mongering location, if you go there, go to enjoy the beach. That is the main reason I go there, the beach is clean and less crowded than Patong.

I made a scout of Rawai again last night.

I started off hooking up with an LB from TF at her place in Rawai and afterwards she took me to a bar called The Plaza on Road 4024 that she hangs out at. There were a couple of other not so great looking LBs in there, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are feeling adventurous or extremely lonely.

I stayed for one drink, and decided to go scout some other places. The Plaza is just a couple of hundred meters from the Laguna bar complex on Road 4024.

I'd been in Laguna before and seen a couple of hot LBs, and several ok LB, but last night there were none except for one bartender.

I moved on to the beach road in Rawai (Road 4233) and checked out Sunshine Bar and Moon Rise Bar. Sunshine (see earlier post about Sunshine) was packed with tourists watching the antics, as usual.

I was able to check out the crowd from the street and I saw no LB freelancers or customers, so I stopped in Moonrise (a couple of bars down from Sunshine) and bought a drink for a very mature LB with a massive rack. I just went in there to chat and scope out the place, but she was so damned intent on getting a short time out of me that I felt like moving on.

There was a better looking LB in the back of the bar working on the sound system with a couple of Thai guys.

Not really sure if this place would be better on another night, I tried extracting some information out of the LB I bought a drink for but it was impossible to get her off the topic of how good she would take care of me.

I moved on, intending to go to Stumble Inn (see previous posts), but I stopped in Sugar Cane Bar two doors away from it and stayed until 5am in the short time room with an incredible 20 year old LB with the nicest boob job I've seen in a long time. I took a cell phone pic of her shooting pool and will post it later.

Her name is Mimi, and she is super fun and a sex addict. She loves watching porn and was pulling up short clips on her phone and then making me do what what they were doing in the video.

Sugar Cane had a couple of other nice looking LBs and above average GGs for what you normally see in this area. I recommend checking out Sugar Cane.
