Where are the ladyboy soapy massages in Bangkok?  Any near soi 4 Sikhumvit?  Thank you in advance for your help.

They don't exist. The only ladyboy soapy massage is located in Phuket. There might be some soapy massage parlours that employ postop lbs, but there are none in Bangkok or Pattaya that are exclusively staffed with lbs.

It's unlikely a lb only soapy massage will open in Bangkok. Contrary to popular belief there is a much bigger market for genetic girl soapy massage parlors. There likely wouldn't be enough customers to keep an lb only massage parlor open in Bangkok, or most other Thai cities - which is why the only one I know about is in Phuket - and I am not sure it survived after the Covid stopped tourism.
