Ah, PT. I was wondering when you were finally going to opine. And in favor of the stand up guys paying the bf's and lady drinks. So what's your opinion of a guy who would hang out at Nana Plaza just before closing and make arrangements to meet the LB after work? Let's say, for instance, at the Nana Hotel restaurant. Not saying that would ever happen but would like to get your morally correct thoughts on that, my friend. :twisted:

Bat mans summary is spot on. Take girl fo xx days pay bf for each day. Simple enough. Girl wants to go to province she talks to bar management. Rules are rules for all.

IMHO , it is simple ... girl goes of with sponsor/customer/boyfriend etc etc ... ==> number of days multiplied by at least the Barfine per day....
Are you realizing that this is at least the minimum because if she would have worked and stayed in Phuket she would have had at least more ST's and LT's and therefore more Bar fines (Bar fine = 400 Baht) then 1 a day ... and also generate no Lady drinks which are important for the Bar as well ?
I did not hear anybody about the normal rule that if i walk into C&D and take 1 girl after 1 minute out of the bar without any drinks then formally C&D could apply the rule that minumum of 500 Baht in drinks need to be consumed before she can leave the Bar ?
So why not increase Bar fine with the minimum drink fee ==> 400 Bar fine + 500 Baht drink fee = 900 Baht a day ... If i would take a LB for a week or a month then i think it would be reasonable to be paying these prices as this would benefit both the LB and the Bar as part of the bar fine and ladydrinks are shared between Bar and LB.
If you think this is too much then you can negotiate a better daily compensation rate with the LB of choice on her going rate for a week or month LT for compensation of activities in the Loom ... if LB goes for free because this guy is sponsoring her during the year that this is her choice but at least the bar is not effected by it .. and if the LB wants a daily compensation the customer/sponsor/boyfriend can negotiate to say that he is already paying Bar Fine and minimum drink fee and the daily LB compensation price for activities in the Loom should be adjusted accordingly.

That is a good point Slapman, those four bars in NEP close far too early and with them being under Thai ownership whom adopt the policy of the farang customer coming last.....to those bars my previous statement would not apply
