I thought it was quite clear, girl works bar and has set amount of days per month for holiday, you take girl out and pay BF.
If she wants to disappear for a week, month etc, fine, bar still has to be paid with maybe a reduced fee being negotiated.
I'm not taking any side at all, just stating the rules as I've always known it.
With herself being one of C&D's top rated girls then C&D'd are bound to be out of pocket with her absence. Nothing personal in that at all, if I took days off work out of sync then I'd expect not to be paid for it as I'm not earning for my company.

its a very simple rule, take a LB for 1 night 500bht
2 nights 1000 and so on the are on contract to the bar so 30 days 15,000 simple.
Many years ago i took TOI on a tour of the Issan area by car for 14 days, 250 a night, those were the days . in that time it doesnt matter where you take them, to mars if you must . I am with Jim on this,
why anyone would want to spend a month in the rectum of LOS beats me. takes all sorts.
anyway i am booked to arrive in HKT on Nov3rd for 3-4 weeks cant wait. no nurse, will have to get one there. 43c here in france last week nice to go somewhere cooler .. see you then. tee cee
