I reckoned on money for visa £600 to embassy £600 for someone to do the paperwork flight etc will not give money to mum dad will give them a monthly allowance.
no probs with male male marriages now in thailand obviously will be reckognised in the uk
You cannot be legally married to a male in LOS - the government does not recognize it, so there are no official Thai papers saying you are married to an LB. If they are talking about a Buddhist ceremony - this has no legal recognition in LOS.
If you are not legally married in LOS, you cannot bring your lb over to the UK on a marriage visa. If someone was telling you this, it isn't true, unless you are paying for a fake gov't marriage certificate. This might be risky if someone in UK immigration clues in.
The marriages the other board members are talking about are to a gg, not an lb.
Wish you good luck - but be very sure you are proceeding the correct way. You wouldn't want her to be deported later because of fake documents.
Maybe will have to go to plan A which was a fiancee visa, very difficult to get the correct info. My contact has not advised me on this we are both learning together as he has never done a ladyboy visa before.
She will not be deported as I will only do things correctly.
Thanks for your concern

There is no such thing as a "ladyboy visa", nor a man or woman visa :?... he has never done a ladyboy visa before.

Read this article - while it is about a Malaysian lb, the difficulties are similar - no legal recognition of the marriage in Malaysia since same sex marriage is not allowed. I married woman of my dreams even when I found out she was a man.

Make sure you send soem shots from the UK as the first one to do this. A blueprint of your process in getting this arrangement will also come in handy for all the other guys who are dreaming to be in your shoes.
where are you registered?

nobody is having a pop at you personally.
these forums exist so that people like us can discuss our experiences and learn from each other.
it seems you want to learn the hard way.
good luck to you my friend.
you obviously know more than all us forum members combined.
either that, or you may be a bit slow on the uptake.

Sounds like your contact hasn't done any visas before ?
A simple google check will tell you the law on any visa's.
Please don't tell us your contact is related to your lb ?
Scam

Dear James, I was in same situation this February. I would give anything to bring my tilak home
. I wanted to leave my GF I was with her for 13 years, leave my job... luckily this LB was fair enough to tell the truth. After my next visit I knew her in ... different light and was lucky I didn’t do anything I would regret.
