It's easy to be off guard and I still have to gather my thoughts and get-it-together for the taxi ride to LadyboyLand
For a first-timer this could be a confusing time

, what the fuck would you say if the custom guys pulled you over looking for "normal" stuff and out came the dildo ect in the middle of the airport? But even now, as I sheepishly sneak through the green channel dragging a wheelie case containing dildo's, a prostate massager, slutty high heels and a selection of slutty girl's clothes after an 11 hour flight my mind isn't the sharpest.
did you pack your own bag sir?

Well Moo if you have the time to swap Emails with Mr. T Taxi before you leave for your flight a driver will be standing near door 3, with a sign with your name on it, waiting to take you to Pattaya for 1000 baht including tolls (900 baht on the return).Collect baggage.
Exit baggage area (with baggage).
Exit Airport.
Go to ANY taxi.
Offer to pay 200-400 for BKK - 1000-1500 for Pattaya.
End of thread.

even if you do not want to look for a taxi at the airport, email/call mr t with the details, he will pick you up, also the pbr also runs an excellant bkk/patts airport service. as did the queen vic.
would be worth emailing the hotel where you are staying to see if they do airport pickups.
but failing that, honestly it is easy peasy arranging a taxi at bkk airport.

The web site posted earlier doesn't say anything about costs, but someone said it would be about 100 baht to Nana area. Can't imagine too many people lugging their baggage on train then when they get to destination they have to get a taxi anyway or walk from station to hotel just to save half the cost of Taxi from airport.

p.s.
On the other hand my Water buffalo paying addiction is much more costly.

And I guess what I'm saying is that boarhog has answered that question for everyone, equipped with television-sport style photo-prompt direction. And did you guys get a load of the two fat pigs in his first photo flagging a cab? How ironic that we see two reasons of our escape from the west in that pic, haha.

However, I also want to say that, for the regular who knows the score on all things Thailand and has the fortitude to not fuck around and doesn't fear walking away from greedy yappers to go on to the next one, this does sum it up neatly as well. Both are great pieces of direction, imo.Collect baggage.
