Really enjoyed reading your report. Interesting writing style and great photos. Sounds like after your trip you were asking yourself, "what's all the fuss about". When your expectations are too high regarding anything, usually they're never met.

My whole purpose of going to LOS is to have a great time. I never set an agenda of 'must see' LBs or anything else. I pretty much go-with-the-flow and have met some great people and have rarely been disappointed.

Hope I can return the favor of my report after my return in Feb.

You are 100% correct about the lovely(ahem)bom!I had a run in with this far from delightful creature in november.I ended running like a big sissy down soi 8 to get away from her!Carl Lewis wouldn't have caught me.If there are any newbies reading this TR,and you haven't yet checked out previos warning posts - STAY AWAY FROM THIS LB- you been warned!

Every cloud has a silver lining and good job you were not feeling 100% otherwise the Man pictured (not LB) would have been your worst nightmare. This grotesque individual should not be loose on the streets with tourists.
