It is shown on their home page.does the PBR have free wifi and a safe in the rooms. i looked at there web page and it did not say. i will be trying to stay in their standard room if the have the above

the chaba hut resort should be added to the list of hotels, as well as the r con residence.
and for more of the guest house type, the liquid lounge and the irish rovers. (pattaya).
if it is possible to get the list updated, any more recommendations for the list?

also guys, the last time i stayed at the pbr.
i thought it was in need of a lick of paint, anyone else noticed this??

Well, funny you should mention that.. I stayed in the PBR many a time and over the years the only addition has been a new elevator.. Their ''GYM'' has never been touched despite a few emails asking if it was going to be concidered.
The rooms are still the same, but they are big, bright and roomy.. so I think they have it right..
Mind you, each time I stayed there, I came down with cold/flu like symptoms.. I seen a thread somewhere that suggested taking the aircon filter out and giving it a good wash.. Never tried it as yet, but I guess it could be worth a try.. If I go back.
August Suites is a good hotel and descent prices too.

On my last time there I spoke to Mr Kim ( the manager) about aircon filter and he told me that they clean them twice a year...I hope it's true

FFS... !! Twice per year? wow!! With the amount of guests that frequent the place I would be thinking at least once per month. They become very dirty easily and it doesnt take long to clean and re-install it.. So much for looking after your guest...
I'd rather stay smewhere where I'm not going to be sick for a portion of my holiday because they can't be arsed to clean the filters... mmmm no good mista!!

The Galaxy Suites on Soi Diamond.... just off Walking Street..
Has anyone stayed here before? I am aware it is on top of an ago go place thats why I am asking to check if it would be lb friendly..
It's in a great location and right in the heart of the party.. Fingers crossed..

i stayed there last year and looked good and big room on website.
i checked out after one night as it was to small.
you couldnt walk around the room without banging your leg on something and cut my leg thats when i had enough.
also trying to get your bags up the spiral staircase was a killer.
great location but to small and couldnt do the stairs every day and night
