As was mentioned earlier in the thread, some of the Deri Heru's phone staff won't speak English, but here is one that does advertise their service to foreigners.
In my experience, it depends more upon the English ability of whomever answers the phone instead of a strict no gaijin policy.
Refusion: http://english.refu.jp/refu/
Dr HoneyTongue also posted a few gaijin friendly places a few pages back.
Have fun!

This gal has been around for a long lime and has to be in her mid/late 30's by now.
Looks like her SM Club is still open though: http://www.kimagure.biz/staff.html
37,000 ¥ for two hours of candle wax and whips? I'd be too afraid, but actually not that bad a price for Japan.
The most recent video I could find of her is about a year old, still looking good. The photos below are from a few years ago.

Hey there, great thread. Full of really useful information - thanks a lot for all your posts.
I'm really curious about the Newhalf scene and am contemplating visiting a Deri Heru in the near future. Due to my lack of Japanese (probably above survival but below conversational) I guess I am somewhat limited, but Newhalf-Newhalf in Akihabara and Refu near Ueno seem like they are gaijin friendly from what I have read here and on other sites.
I have a question about some of the terminology and pricing system if anyone can help me out I would be really grateful.
A few websites show the 'system' as having a slightly different price for nomination - I assume this is if you want to 'book' a companion in advance, you have to pay slightly more for this.
Also - on the refu website, the girls' 'willingness' shows what they will and won't do. What is the difference between anal play, reverse anal play and mutual anal play. I'm guessing the first one is passive, second is active and the third I cannot figure out.
I noticed that one reviewer said that one companion was not prepared to be either active or passive when he visited Refu, yet her profile suggests she does everything!
Has anyone visited there? Can anyone give any advice or suggestions for a curious newbie?
Thanks!

The nomination fee can vary in purpose from one shop to another; it can be as you describe as a booking fee, or it can be for the higher class girls like popular AV actresses.Hey there, great thread. Full of really useful information - thanks a lot for all your posts.

As a gaijin, I would not expect to get any of the advertised discounts at these places, especially if you can't ask about it.
If your Japanese is at the level for ordering in a restaurant, you should be able to squeak by in a few places that don't promote themselves as foreigner friendly. You can't be afraid to be shot down, or you'll never get anywhere.
I am not saying xenophobia doesn't exist in Japan, it most certainly does; however, many times it is basic conflict avoidance, for a manager with little English to say, "Japanese Only." Go to the same place a few days later when a better English speaker is working and they'll let you in.
That stuff I said earlier in the thread about making Japanese friends is the best advice that I can give. It unlocks so many doors, and you start learning so much more about Japan.
As far as mutual AF, I can't recall specifically seeing that, but I'm assuming it is fucking each other. Send a link to where you saw this and I'll try to decipher it.
Who knows about the reason why the girl didn't want to perform as advertised? It could be any of number of things, that goes on in P4P everywhere.
Having a bad day, or didn't like the look of the guy, had just been fucked a few minutes before? Who knows?
I'd go with a daytime appointment when possible to reduce your chances of a lack of stamina on the part of your provider.
PS
Welcome to the forum!

I'm guessing that you didn't see all three terms (AF, Reverse AF, Mutual AF) on the same site. However, mutual AF means that they are versatile.
It would be redundant in most cases to have all three, but I really wouldn't be surprised either way to see that on a Japanese webpage.

Hey there,
Thanks for such a comprehensive reply. I think I know what you mean about the Japanese attitude to foreigners (I've been here for about 18 months) it's not xenophobic I agree but there is a definite sense of 'them' and 'us'. I'm in no way critical of that but it does seem like that attitude pervades many aspects of Japanese culture. It's a wonderful country nevertheless.
OK so I will broaden my horizons a bit and as you suggest, not be so afraid of being turned away.
If I do 'partake' I will write up my experiences here for anyone interested or curious.
Thanks again dude!

Yes, let us know how it goes...
I take it you've never tried a newhalf before? If so, a Deri Heru might be a good place as any to give it a try, but don't get to thinking that P4P is your only option. Especially if you are young and handsome.
Happy Hunting!

Thanks for the tip! I'm not so young but I do look younger than my actual age (early thirties). I guess I'm about average attractiveness!
Yea it would be my first time. Just really curious - besides which, some transsexual women are drop dead gorgeous.
P4P btw - it means pay for play or something of that nature?
I read all of your earlier posts about getting into the 'scene' (very informative). I just don't know if I have the confidence, time or money to frequent different places and make new friends in Japan, specifically those with an interest in newhalfs. I don't want to sound defeatist, it is something that I would do in the future perhaps, but for now, I'd be happy to just dip my toe in the water with a Deri Heru. I got the impression from your posts that there are few, if any shortcuts, and I'm ok with that.
From what I can surmise from yours and others' posts, Refusion and Newhalf Adventure are viable options. I couldn't ascertain whether many of the other Deri Herus in the Tokyo area were gaijin friendly, but as you said, if a particular girl really appeals it can't hurt to give it a shot.

Yes, P4P is pay for play, and while it is good for testing the waters, nothing beats charming your way into a set of panties, in my opinion. Thanks for the tip! I'm not so young but I do look younger than my actual age (early thirties). I guess I'm about average attractiveness!

I understand where you are coming from, except that bit about lacking confidence. If you'll allow me to be preachy for a moment, fuck that! I say confidently blunder and stumble into all sorts of hilarious situations, a little bit of charm usually gets you out of them in one piece.
If anything, spending time learning as much of the language as possible helps in all aspects of living in Japan. I didn't make much progress until I started learning how to read.
The best classes are the ones that insist that you memorize Hiragana first, before you even take a first lesson. You can pick up Katakana along the way, and you can get by without focusing on Kanji at all in the beginning, if ever.
If you can afford a language school, it is worth it! I went to one called GENKI-JACS in Fukuoka that was great, and they have similar schools in Tokyo.
Going out to small karaoke pubs and dart pubs is a great way to practice your Japanese.
Even out walking on the streets, reading signs out load helps you learn; you can also pick up women that way.
I was at a cross walk once sounding out a big sign on the other side of the street like a four-year old, and heard giggling behind me. I didn't take advantage of that particular situation, but I did get the idea to start reading any signage aloud in the most childlike manner I could muster, anytime a cute girl was within earshot.
They love shit like that, and it never fails to break the ice and start up a conversation.
I really envy you, I wish I could go back and do it all again.
Have fun in Japan!

Hey man, thanks for your lengthy reply again!
Maybe I undersold myself a touch. My Japanese isn't great but it's not entry level by any stretch. I can read and write kana and can recognise a couple of hundred kanji. Speaking is also improving (I actually took a language recently and it helped a great deal). I guess I'm just a bit nervous of getting out there and trying to use it in an improv situation, it's easier in the classroom when you know what to expect and what is expected of you!
Sure I understand and agree with your point - I'd much rather use my personality and charm to find a cute NH. Maybe I will see how things go after I have experimented with a Deri Heru.
It's funny you mention Darts. I kinda got really into it a few months ago. I haven't played as much recently but maybe I should get back there and start practising my Japanese. I've nothing to lose and I don't wanna look back on my time here and regret not getting the full experience.
I will try the sign reading trick. I also have found that if I blatantly study Japanese on the train on my phone or whatever, the person sitting next to me will sometimes strike up a conversation. It's usually an older guy though and not a cutie but many Japanese people do seem to want to reach out even if they're stereotypically reserved.
When did you leave Japan? Where are you living now?

Those pubs with dart machines are magnificent for picking up girls. Anytime a girl came up to the machine next to mine, they always accepted an offer to play a game and chat. The vast majority of the time we ended up in a karaoke room or a love hotel.Hey man, thanks for your lengthy reply again!

Japanese women are fantastic in there own regard, and are more than enough to keep any person busy. Add in dating NHs, and cross dressers and it gets to be a lot to juggle.
Some NHs are psychologically just like females in their emotions and worldview, while others still think like men. All, tend to be sexually adventurous and uninhibited about trying anything. They took me well beyond my comfort zone of sexual experimentation on more than a few occasions, not necessarily a bad thing, but it did lead me to reevaluate my self image.
When I first waded into the waters with NHs, I stayed at the shallow end of the pool for a while, but after I took a vacation to Thailand I often found myself in over my head.
My experiences in Japan go back to the late 90s and early 00s when I was in the military, after I got out, I was lucky enough to land a job with a defense contractor and lived in Tokyo and spent time traveling all over Japan until 2008. After that, I was working out of the US and going back to Japan for 2 or 3 months stints until 2012. I spent a fair amount of that time in a little town near Sapporo. It is simply beautiful up there but, nothing beats Tokyo in my opinion.
I'm taking some time off to finish up a master's degree back in the US right now. I would come back to Japan, to live and work, but finding the right job in Japan is extremely difficult. My company scaled back their footprint in Japan, so that option isn't there for me anymore.
Besides, my career priorities are changing, and right now I don't have much of a desire to work in my previous capacity.
I'm actually considering becoming a beach bum in Thailand in 2015; I'll be 50 years old and think that I want to try retiring early.
I've always been so damn fickle about work, driven one minute, and totally frustrated the next. I still keep an eye out for good job openings, but right now I don't see a return to Japan other than for a vacation trip.
