Here is another clip that puts some perspective on the phenomena of strait guys dressing as girls.

At 1:52 the guy is asked what is Otokonoko? He replies with, "not gay, not newhalf, not okama..."

So to balance my previous post about the NHK segment, there are many layers to the cross dressing scene, and quite a bit of overlapping areas too.

I have no doubt that some of these guys dress up as female, and then go out to pick up GGs. I'm quite sure there are a lot of Japanese ladies that are into fucking male-to-female cross dressers.

My Japanese is getting rusty, I'm hoping Drhoneytongue can provide a little insight on this as well.



Side note:

When I watched this clip via the YouTube App, there were no subtitles, now that is embedded, it has them? I'm not sure how that works, anybody know?

Here is interesting clip on female-to-male cross dressers in Japan. This is definitely influenced by manga and it does appear to have a broad spectrum of fans.

I think I briefly mentioned this site earlier in the thread, but I'll provide a few more details on it now.

This is a site is for meeting newhalfs, members can post adds and exchange emails for a variety of reasons from friendship, to dating, to hardcore sexual encounters.

It is entirely in Japanese, and although it runs through google translate without crashing, the translation is poor at best. I wouldn't try using this site unless you are living in Japan and learning Japanese.

There are a lot of less desirable (older types) posting pics on here, but there are some interesting and attractive newhalfs too.

The site is active, and usually has a couple of new ads posted to the photo box per day.

Here is a blast from the past, this NH used to work in a pub in Roppongi, she did some freelancing too, went by a few names, Kay, Kandy, Mistress K, and Kasumi.

Loved too party and was wild as hell in the love hotels, I picked her up one night in some little bar near Motown in Roppongi. Quite possibly the most strangest, and at times the most tedious, sexual encounter that I have ever had.

She grew up in the US and spoke excellent English, and used to have tons of hilarious videos on YouTube.

She was a druggie though, and most of her videos were of her rambling and ranting while high on research chemicals and other strange street drugs that are legal in Japan.

I think she is living in California now and grew out of the druggie phase, or at least I hope.

There are some cuties at this party, but I would advise against drinking too much, as you might hook up with someone you normally wouldn't if sober.

Here is a cross dresser that likes wear sheer clothing in parking lots and bus stops.

Michi Sato has a ton of videos on her YouTube channel, they could be funny, but most are too long, still I liked them enough post a couple here.

I've mentioned Chulin Nakazawa before, but she's a favorite of mine, so here are a few pictures. I don't even mind that she is so skinny, and I think that might be part of the attraction.

She was working at Ranfa Deri Heru, but I just checked their page and didn't see her.

A couple of notes about the previous post on Chulin:

As of May 6, 2014 she no longer works at Ranpha. Also, there is a Tokyo and a Nagoya branch of Ranpha.

There is apparently some sort of price war going on between the Ranpha and the Deri Heru, Libe. There are some really funny comments on the website, with them calling Libe the "enemy of humanity." :)

Trying to decipher the discounts made my head spin, but I get the impression that the platinum girls (AV stars) like Chulin aren't really discounted that much.
