Candy (also works as Pech) works there at Cockatoo and is hot!

Hi Guys

Dropped in a few weeks ago and not long after the VolleyBall and chatted to a few of the girls outside. Showed them pics fgrom the VB and all seemed fun (although when I got the phone out to share the snaps I got the '1000 Baht picture' request!).

Took in a newb to the scene and sat down and was bombarded by the lady drink requests - fair enough I hear you all shout and I am one happily buying a round or two and for a more than a few girls usually.

My friend was getting on with one particular girl and was tempted to take her but we had an appointment up at Charades later that night.

So asked for the check bin and getting ready to pay and the demands from the mamasan came that girls time needed to be paid for with 100 B each!

What the!

Lady drinks all round and they still demanded 100B ea. I was standing up to move out and they rather surrounded me until I coughed up the 600 or so Baht for their 'time' most of whom had been standing idly by disinterested by the whole time we were there.

Felt that the whole experience has kicked the entire venue into touch for me. 

Why would I want to go back when you have CiB and Darkside with the perfect balance of attitude and relaxed atmosphere?

I know it is more of a traditional Go-Go bar compared the the lounge aspects of the other Sukhumvit offerings mentioned but this will not help build customers not matter which stars they have on scene.

Sorry guys but normally I am a very open minded and easy going person but this just pissed me off no end.

Anyway, guys double check all your charges prior to entering.... you have been warned.

yep - thats me avoiding cokatoo now aswell.

Although i've never been to any of the bars in Cowboy. I usually stick around nana. Can anyone tell me about the infamous "arab" that owns cowboy ? I understand he's an iranian but from what i hear there's a pretty high chance of getting hassle around his bars from bouncers. Is this true ?

The difference between going to a Go-Go and going to a lounge is like the difference between a casino and a bingo parlor.

One is a more expensive form of entertainment than the other is.

I've given this place a few tries and never really enjoyed any single visit.  However they seem to do a lot of business as it has been quite crowded each time I've went. 

 

One time I went and the two girls I called over for a chat ended up being posties.  The mamason tried to push others on me, but no attraction.  The one time I did bar fine, it ended up poorly as I sent her home after she wanted to put a condom on me for a blow job.  She had only been working two months she told me.  I assumed she didn't last. 

 

 

My last visit it was again crowded. Me and two other mates had to squeeze in to the only seat available.  We noticed a lot of couples there that night and we all felt uncomfortable so left after one drink.  I think they get a lot of curious customers wanting to see ladyboys while they are in Soi Cowboy.

 

I know a few have spoken highly of Benz, but they say she is rarely there.
