Another rather interesting thing about the meds taken to get rid of the urinary tract infection is that dickhead had to stop taking them and the meds after 3 days cause the side effects meant his dickhead eyes could no longer see that well cause his face swelled up

I don't personally know of anyone who uses a condom during oral sex. Sounds about as pleasurable as sucking a party balloon. It's a risk many of us take, I think. Fortunately, I have not had any problems...and I've been checked for "everything" recently. Curious as to if any of you guys use a condom when enjoying ladyboy cock.

First time i got them I was not in a postion to go to a doctors so burnt them off myself with over the counter wart removers. A very dicey trick on the soft tissue at the base of your penis and on your penis. But it worked

The best idea is just go to the doctor to get them iced or burnt off. Eventually you should get rid of the virus that causes them though your bodies natural immunity system, just like other warts - but do burn the fuckers off. Apple cider vinegar is a really effective treatment for a lot of fungal sort of stuff as well.

Got and some sort of really virulent urinary tract infection from dirty pussy and squirted apple cider vinegar down inside the uretha and it killed it almost immediately. Still discomfort for a while due to inflamation and I did take antibots as well but I knew almost immediately that the cider vinegar killed those nasty little bacteria

With that in mind lot of interesting research on how a high uric acid level in your urine kills the gonoreha bacteria, and you can actually take some stuff to increas the acidity to give nature a helping hand

Is apple cider vinegar easily available in Thailand? And which stores would stock it?

I've started drinking a lot of it with tea as it reduces acidity in the body.

I enjoy ladyboy cock orally and anally ( and in fact any other way i can think of).  However despite getting numerous degrees of sore and inflamed throats these eventually disappear after about a week max.   I just seem to feel that it might even be the banging of the head against the back of my mouth as they have been ramming it into me ;-)

However there seems very little that i can see available to avoid getting something_

some sites have suggested dental dams - which seems a Health and safety approach that makes the entire process extremely unpleasant and a major turn off ( never tried that therefore);

probably could avoid swallowing their cum and perhaps spitting out everything as is mentioned above, but in reality does that really prevent any infection from getting into your mouth ?

Bigger risk must be HIV transmission from small cuts or brushing teeth which does frighten the life out of me, but doesn't appear to stop me uptil now.

I do also try to avoid if i have any sore teeth or gums inflammations

I have gotten sore throats from  giving  BJ's, i have often thought is it from just contact with the back of the mouth, its not some thing you can ask the wife though.  If your going to use a dental dam just use a condom.  The first time i got a bj from a lady boy, in 1981 i got  Chlamydia , you can get almost every thing from a bj getting or giving,  from a simple std to hepatitis C  but when its sitting in front of you all reason goes out the window.

Some lady boy porn, you will see 2 lady boys together and they are both using condoms even for oral sex,   Now i doubt  they are trying to give the message for safe sex, They know about their health status, would they same lady boys  use a condom with some guy she just picked up.  But like all hobbies,  sky diving and our all have risks involved. i guess if you collect stamps you can get a paper cut too.

Having reflected on the "risks" associated with this old hobby from this thread i did come across this rather chilling article from a sound source ( The UN) on the significant % of transsexuals who have HIV in recent years. The inference seems that now that its in this relatively closed community it is likely to affect all participants due to the massively greater statistical probability that our p4p partners are HIV positive.

HIV may afflict almost half Asia-Pacific transgenders: UN

(AFP) – May 16, 2012

BANGKOK — Nearly half of transgender people in the Asia-Pacific region could have HIV as poor healthcare and high-risk lifestyles push infection rates to "critical levels", a UN report said Thursday.

The region's estimated 9-9.5 million transgender population is "bearing the brunt of the HIV epidemic", the UN Development Programme study said, adding that figures suggest 49 percent of the community could be infected.

The figure is drawn from anecdotal evidence of infection rates among trans-women -- men who become women -- taken from the "scattered and often small-scale research" available across the region, the UNDP said.

Report author Sam Winter, of Hong Kong University, urged governments to take note of the "burning need to address a very human crisis", pointing out many transgender people end up working as prostitutes and having unsafe sex.

"Social exclusion, poverty and HIV infection contribute to what we call a 'stigma sickness slope' -- a downward spiral that is difficult to reverse," he said in the "Lost in Transition" study.

Transgender people also routinely suffer violence and prejudice while being offered narrow economic opportunities and scant psychological support, the report found.

Billed as the region's most comprehensive study, the report collates information from the last 12 years, painting a picture of hardship for many transgender people, who lack basic healthcare and emotional help.

It recorded cases of "backyard" sex change surgery including castration and the widespread use of unsafe industrial silicone for breast implants among those who cannot afford quality healthcare.

Often transgender people leave home at a young age in response to family disapproval, drop out off school because of bullying and struggle to find work, which pushes them into prostitution, it said.

But the study also highlighted positive developments, noting an increasingly confident transgender identity has taken root. It also detected greater will from the community to engage with mainstream services and policy discussions.

"The creation of advocacy networks, community-based organisations and non-government organisations devoted to empowering our communities is a source of joy," according to Thai transgender activist Prempreeda Pramoj Na Ayutthaya.

@ soapy_g

While I am inclined to believe there is a high infection rate amongst Asian transgenders, I am not sure I would readily accept the 49 percent estimate quoted in that article.

The fact that it was noted that the 49 percent figure is suggested by "anecdotal evidence" makes me wonder.

Still, there is no doubt that engaging in P4P is high risk behavior.

I do see the resemblance in the negative rant and troll level of his post. With that being said, he will figure out sooner rather than later that this forum is a troll free zone, and negative spewing simply isn't encouraged or allowed. -Swedeman007
