I have returned from LOS. Another great trip.

I have some time now so here are some shots from VN - Nha Trang in 2010. I caught a bus from Ho Chi Minh to Nha Trang. I normally fly but wanted to see some of the country. Cost about $10 US.

The bus leaves from the backpackers area in De Tham. The trip takes about 10 hours. There is also a night bus but I chose the morning trip to see the countryside.

Some more shots of my bus trip. Like Thai buses in VN they love to play music and VN tv shows which are quite loud. A bit hard to sleep at times. I arrived about 20:00 hrs.

I stayed at the Kim Long Hotel located on Tran Phu Street. My room had a good view of Nha Trang beach.

The hotel was located about 15 mins walk south from where most of the bars such as the Sailing Club are.

I met a nice Vietnamese guy named 'Luc' who guided me in 2007 when we rode a motor scooter from Nha Trang to Ty Hoa. See my earlier pics.

We still keep in touch and this time we went for a ride north along Nha Trang beach to this rocky outlook. As you can see he likes to pose. Better him than me.

Luc my guide was kind enough to give this female tourist from England who was also staying in my hotel a lift on his motor scooter to the market.

I relaxed sitting in the afternoons on my balcony drinking Saigon 333 beer and people watching.

I watched this guy put up the scafolding to do some painting whilst waiting for Luc taking a phone call.

The VN people love these fruit juice drink cafes. They can be found in the back streets in Nha Trang.

I did a bit of riding around the town at night. I wouldn't recommend going too far away from the beach side though as it is very dark in some areas and easy to get lost.

A little bit hazy at times was the beach but the temperature was still around 30 degrees. Hot and humid in March.

Fabulous snaps here Rooster, Vietnam is somewhere I really must check out......my friend Mickey O has shown me some amazing times he has had with those stunning VN GG's.

To finish off some more shots from my balcony. I also had a nice visitor to see the views and keep me company for two days

No signs of any LB's in Nha Trang so a GG it was to be. I met this girl 'Phuong' from the guys who work at the hotel. You just tell them you want some company and they call girls to come on motor scooters infront of the hotel. No problems if you don't like the first, second or third girl. They just keep calling and the girls drop by on their scooters.

I am thinking of going back to VN in March - April 2012. I have never discussed LB's with my guide Luc but I think I might drop the subject on him and see if he can steer me in the right direction with some local VN knowledge.
