Wanted to share a really shitty Obsessions experience tonight that really ruined me and my gf's evening. We entered Obs and took one of the wall seats (near the entrance) and were immediately assaulted by two girls, one very silent but touchy one who set her goals on my girl (my gf recalls her name as May) and another one that I have no clue to what her name was, as I'm very pissed off we will call her Skankho.
Now I'll try and cut a long story short. See it like this, Skankho had taken seat next to me and was hussling for ladydrinks, to have my gf and me take her and the LB that was seducing her home, to give her money for dinner (seriously!), to tip her. At some point she said if we tipped her she would disappear, my gf looked at me somewhat desperate, she must've hoped I would tip the bitch to make the hurt stop. I wish I would have in retrospect.
Instead I told my girl I wouldn't pay husslers money to buzz off... I figured she would take the hint soon enough, instead she just hustled and hustled and took all the fun out of being in the bar for us. After an hour of her constant whining, touching my leg even though I told her not to and made it very clear she was coming nowhere near my hotel room we just decided to call it a night, the only thing my dick was going to see at that point was the shower... no more lust for anything, not even Tata's fine ass O.O
So, I took the bill and attempted to walk to the bar to pay. Skankho told me to relax, she would bring the money for me. She explained as she took the bill from me that it was the final count plus some other number, it amounted to 1400 baht and some change. Now I thought this was fishy but I knew that Obsessions was know for padding at times and I so wanted to get out of the damn place and hit room service that I just gave the wicked creature 2000 baht and told my girl we'd be out in a bit.
Conclusion, Skankho comes back with a platter that contains two 10 Baht coins. I'm like wtf, I know you're very good at counting Baht bills, this isn't right. I could tell by her reaction she knew. We get into an argument and she pulls 200 baht from her purse, pretending that if I'm such an ass she'd pay it out of her own pocket. I told her that her math was lacking and it needed to at least be 600 Baht something, she pulled her nose up. I've read about countless of these experiences and I was pretty sure I was not going to get my money back but went to the manager anyways, I don't need to tell you what a tool this guy was in the end. Other girls were pulled in, they were absolutely positive I had given a 1000 and 100 Baht note, another said only thousand, but in the end it matter not. Later the Mamasan popped up, she handled it somewhat better but in the end no money back.
So I'm salty, not so much because of the money but because some random bitch ruined what was to be a good night. Obs is a nice place but have some care, the game is not always as innocent as it looks. I have half a mind to never go back, but seeing as I am in the Penthouse hotel I know that's a hard promise to keep...

It's frustrating when a visit to this bar is ruined, but it wouldn't be the first time. Saying that, some people do have a nice experience in this bar although I wouldn't count myself as one of them, but we tend to only hear about the worst.Your thoughts?
I've been to Pattaya countless times but tend not to visit this bar due to witnessing events similar to this, although yours sounds a bit more extreme. It's a pity the shameless hustle is full-on here as the venue has a lot going for it otherwise, but nothing ever seems to change.

There are many stories of the hustling and bill padding which goes on in Obsessions Pattaya with the reputation of this place becoming more and more tarnished.
Now that is such a damn shame when you see the excellent work that forum member Chase is putting in to promote the bar, not too mention some of the gorgeous, well mannerd girls whom work there including one of my personal favourites in Sofia.
With the Obsession's management seemingly having a presence in this forum, it would be nice to read their response.
And you also staying at the Penthouse......they should be hanging their heads in shame.

Sorry to hear Doveface but it seems this is business as usual in the Penthouse. This has been happening for years in this bar and for all the nice pics posted recently management have done nothing to clean the place up. Some lookers but more thieving aggressive cunts. Ill be giving this bar a wide birth in future and I am sure plenty more people will.
I agree with PT. Shame on them for treating a guest like this. If I were you I would check out some of the other bars that Pattaya has on offer and I would actually check out of the hotel if you have not paid in full.
I hope you and the lovely wife only have enjoyable experiences for the rest of your trip. Perhaps take Mardhi’s advice and visit Moo in Anaconda.

Thanks for the responses guys. In the end it's not the 1000 Baht I care about, I spend plenty of those, it's the in your face hustle and cheat while you know everyone in the bar/staff basically knows what's going on. I'm not sure whether I'll skip Obs from now on, maybe that would be best, there's lovely LB's all over town, while they have a nice broad collection it's not like they have a monopoly on that.
On the other hand, maybe we should just tough up and control the in-bar process more, can't decide whether that would mostly solve the issue. If they padd my bill with a drink I can live with it, if they screw me over a thousand Baht and treat me for a fool... well that's a different story. Will keep you all posted :-)
