So if the moderators want to remove any of my posts including this one, feel free to do so and there will be no hard feelings.
There are so many ways for one to express oneself on the internet that one needn't feel like posting here is the only way to get ones message to an audience.
Might I suggest that those whose views can't be expressed here start their own blogs (tumblr is a good site) and write their essays there and just give us a pointer.

I've posted here for a while but I do not feel that this entitles me to post whatever I feel is appropriate. There is no "freedom of speech" in an internet forum. The owners of the forum can decide what they want posted (keeping in mind the desires of all the members as well as their legal responsibilities and their commercial interests).
Thank You John, you've just about nailed it.
We are very lucky around here in so far as the sites owners leave us alone to do as we please, all they ever ask of us mods is to keep any negative discussion on racism, religion, nationalities and promotion of other rival porno sites off the board.
The rest is just down to our own common sense and as John said, legal responsibility.
You only have to pick up the newspapers to read about somebody getting prosecuted or charged on issues of racism, even on the football field FFS.
More than anything else though, it is to maintain the LB-69 paying membership level which of course is how the site is fully funded.
Subscription paying members are from all over the world, granted I doubt many are from the particular ethnic group which Jimbo targeted nontheless, we must be consistent.
The relationship that Jimbo has with the forum is of the mutually beneficial variety, we certainly love having him around and in return his splendid bar gets plenty of exposure, I would hope that continues despite his recent departure

I won't give opinion either way as in this articular situation I have to remain neutral and I do hope you understand why that is; additionally I'm aware that sensitivities could run high on this occasion so could I please ask you to be sensible in your replies...I do understand that many of you will consider taking sides and believe me that is not what this needs at the moment.
I hope that things will resolve themselves soon.
Peace.
Thank you Switzerland.
On behalf of the Swiss people I would like to have this post removed as i detect rascist overtones and possibly even anti-boring sentiments
On behalf of Boring people everywhere, I would like to have this post removed as I detect anti-boring-people sentimets.

The view expressed in the removed post was my personal one, and was not meant in any way to imply any racism on the part of the Forum. I still hold the same view. Nobody rebuked me, nobody asked me to moderate my text. Yet the whole thing was deleted.
There are still those who view me as some sort of pimp. That is deeply insulting!
The VIPs on this Forum continue to insult me by refusing me access.
For these reasons i will cease to post my daily updates on here.

It's astonishing to see how people so easily can cencor opinions. Because thats all they were: Jimbo's opinion.
Most of the sheep here will probably never understand that the world just got a little bit more restricted, a little more contained, a little less free.
Thank you Jimbo for having principles.

There is no one on this planet who doesn't have some amount of racism in them. Believe it.
Each Nationality has good and bad in them, what most see in other nationalities are good, but there is exceptions to that, and I believe that Jim was talking about the exception. One that he has seen first hand, time and time again. You don't develop this in a one time occurance
His opinion neither offended me nor made me feel that he disrespected this site nor fellow forum members.
My hat goes off to Jim for his commitment to stay true to himself and his belief.
I also want to believe that we can forgive and maybe not forget, but to get past the past and move forward.
I will be coming to Phuket to share Jims Birthday on the 26th, as it has been a special time for me over the last 4 years and only missing last year. I will be welcomed into Jim's now world famous club
perhaps by some way of this forum, that I was able to meet Jim for the first, and a friendship was quickly bonded.
I can't think of anyone on this forum who has met Jim in Person who hasn't been given the red carpet to his place. Giving advice on the best girls, the do's and don'ts, and also a protective walk for the first time to Soi Croc.
If Jim stays away, he will be missed by me, and I'm sure many others.
But I hold any man in the highest honor, who stands by his conviction.
See you soon Jim

Macman , you are absolutely right .... calling Jimbo a Pimp was uncalled for .... !!!!!
Personally i have highest respect for Jimbo's business sense but also his personal character as i have experienced these both in C&D's bar but also outside of Phuket.
I know that Jimbo is no racist and I agree with his personal views on the Afro-french atttitude in Phuket as they are creating huge amount of problems (which i experienced personally as well but i could avoid a fight by acting quicker ... and i am sure many many other share Jimbo's feelings as well ) but we have to bear in mind this is a public forum and therefore should be moderated with a minumum of rules.
Jimbo, please do not see the removal of your earlier post as a personal insult but just a ( too) strict handling of the moderator's rules .... I think it is not so much the text but it is more that the combination of the text and putting up photographs of people who have not asked for this (even if they did not behave themselves) is a combination that Moderators cannot accept .... which i tend to agree with ... even if i dislike the attitude of the above mentioned people ....
We will have a drink or 2 in the coming week and can laugh about this ....

I don't know what happened but I can imagine seeing those guys, I already met those "Zinadine Zidane"'s around the world : France, Spain, Italy, Holland and Thailand...and for what I know there could be always sparks to generate an argy bargy
I could imagine what Jimbo wrote, I can understand that he wrote in the heat of the moment and I am sure I could have agreed with Jimbo
Jimbo is a first class gentlement and the perfect host, and what he wrote was potentially correct albeit a little bit rude and too direct
I am one who is unable to bit my tongue and I always tell the things the way they are
My opinions could not been shared and approved by many but I always get respect because there is no mask on my face
Jimbo was maybe a little bit too eager to speak out his disgust about what happened, but he still remains a really correct person
He talked bad about some Italians too, I am Italian and know the behaviour of many of my compatriots and i couldn't agreed more with him, it's not racism, it's the truth of the facts
He was not referring to ALL THE ITALIANS, just a bunch of them
Cheers Jimbo, I am on your side
