There seem to be certain cultures, some of whom are known to frequent Pattaya especially, which seem to think of "freshening up" for the evening as essentially layering on another layer of cheap cologne......on top of the several layers of cheap cologne already administered throughout that day....and the day before.
Is that a French joke?
