You need to provide evidence of your employment status (unless reitred) and income/assets which means salary, plus mortgage, shareholdings, etc if applicable ; she needs money of her own (ie,a bank account) and a reason to go home (is student, owns her own business) etc The embassy wants to know who is paying for the trip and her expenses and can she pay her way home if something goes wrong. It possible it can be different but I beieve this is the situation in UK.

Having had 2 ladyboys visit the UK that i have dated. Though one was over here with the show after i had met her in BKK and the other i arranged to come over 2 years ago.

I would say its more trouble than its worth. Better off just getting a plane ticket and keep going back to LOS.

Option 2 get her a shengan visa and travel Europe with her if you are from the UK. Its a lot more fun that way.

Will dig out the pics I took off her in Europe soon as i get her permission to post them on this site.

Check with your country's immigration department to find out the requirements. They will tell you exactly what is required to obtain a visa.

As many have posted it miay be a complicated, involved process, so you better know her well before attempting to bring her over. Be aware that she may not like your country either, and don't try to bring her over in the winter!

The fact that it's a ladyboy makes no difference what-so-ever, other than the fact we can assume you won't already be married

As is often the case, the initial question posed contains fuck-all pertinant information, so any offering of advice is just speculative.

seems, it must be easy to import one of them.
although, they do eat more.

In a few months when our new Family Code will be inacted... LB could legally be your partner if she lives on your address for unspecified time, sometimes only few months is enough, and... when she returns to Thailand she can technically file for Divorce/Property Division & claim half of everything and… would be funny but it’s not… this can actually happen. :loco:

I don’t know about other legal systems but who knows…

Same same here. All of them tell me they either have either broken up with their sponsor, or they use them as house, taxi, etc. Erm. And these aren't even close in terms of looks compared to the few Thai LB's I've met.

For Schengen you can get tourism, study, etc. visa if they have someone to stand for them financially, legally et al for the period of there stay. Agree with BullsEye, only can bring trouble... big trouble from Thailand at home... hey new TV show, LOL.

Ofc, here in Holland I could bring one in. Marry her to get rid of the legal, financial liability. Prenauptially agreed ofc. LOL.

Thanks for the responses. The cons clearly out way the pros.I will continue the romance in the land of the smiles. It's too much of a risk to take.I also know Thai and Philippino ladyboys who live in my country after splitting with a sponsor.I have too much to lose.

Well you could always just invite her for 30 days on the visa so if things hit a wobble you could get her deported!
