I bet the production company didnt think it would be so popular and therefore receive so much media attention

First of all I’m still appalled by this junkie prick who ran away while his GF was nearly being imprisoned in Thai jail because of his grass, but on the other hand… she was “smart” to return to him after all the sh..t he caused to her so.. WTF they deserve each other.
Next thing that crossed my mind is; WTF were makers of this documentary thinking … you never speak directly the truth to or about Thais, well not if you want to return to Thailand and also leave Thailand in one piece. It was clearly seen after the first episode when author chickened out after he saw what kind of sh..t he put JJ into with his documentary. He just didn’t realize what kind of trouble he got into – Thailand is not Europe where you can say everything what’s on your mind on TV and later pack this crapp into “the freedom of speech”. I do think JJ and his friends will give him a warm Thai welcome party if he ever crosses the boards of Patong.
And about ladyboys, this clever reporter thought ladyboy from the street who threw bottle into farang got into trouble and prison and…. no way, she probably paid 100 BHT and gave later maybe some freebie to some police officer and this was it.

well i watched last nights show on bravo.
i tell you, you are better off waiting for the links on this site.
the amount of adverts in the one hour show is too much.
episode 3 did focus a bit on ladyboys, although they did hype up that they are beautiful, they focused more about the fact that they steal.
i have had another call from a friend, who thinks the place looks "scarey" and wonders why i go.
to your average straight 9-5 er, they are making thailand look dodgy.

Just finished watching part 3. I only think if they made such »commercial« for my country they could be in trouble  I can't even imagine what they were thinking when filming this in Thailand
but still... their problem not mine.
But I have to admit I was presently surprised they didn't picture ladyboys as two legged monsters but rather like tourist attraction... I didn’t see any Ezy girls though
too bad, I could brag in front of my friends I know someone who was on the TV.

Who, from Pookbar Soi 6, was being picked up by the police? You can view that part about 1/3 down part 3.

Yeah I was a bit disapointed with the ladboy action, they should have show more
But hey they portrayed them in both positive and negative manors, so tried to give a fairly balanced view.
