A great read, scottie, and so well written. It brought the memories back of your time here, for me too.
I'm so glad you had a good time, and that Pang looked after you so well. I'm not terribly surprised about the Nina experience - her version, by the way, of her sleeping on the couch: "him snore so loud, i think window break"!
I thoroughly enjoyed your company, and regard you as another friend from this great forum.You were a model customer, and we all look forward to seeing you again at C & Ds. Dont leave it too long.

I had planned to be heading over next month. However I have ended up buying a house which has pretty much used up all of my money.
I almost didn't buy the place because I knew it would delay my travel plans for a while and I will make no bones about it, I am absolutely hooked on LB's now.
I have essentially squirreled away from the rest of the world and have adapted a hermit like lifestyle for the time being while I get the bank account back up. While I'm not sure exactly when I will get back, it will definitely be inside the next 12 months, hopefully before Xmas if I can keep up my alienation.
Now 3.48% smarter, but 14.82% less interesting.

Scottie - you mentioned 'crocs' - wot have teflon like grip on pavements.
They are deadly in the wet - on marble surfaces it's like being on an ice rink.
Their advertisements say ' non-slip soles'. A clear case of misleading advertising. Perhaps suing them would pay for a return trip...

Yeah, I'd settle out of court for a return ticket for all that pain and suffering I endured.
