Simon 2, The first bar is on the right is owned by Anne who also has Cheers Cocktail bar in the original Simon.

Went to Cheers Cocktail to meet a gg from my last trip and asked what happened to Na mamasan Kan tell me she works the new bar in Simon 2 with my sister. so we had a shufftie down there a little more modern than the original. Was not allowed to pole dance like the older one

Thanks posters I have pooked this on to my list of bars to visit in March.

Suits me as I like the hustle and bustle of WS before 3 or 4 in the morning when it's a bit too hectic with rampant Lbs

I was never a big fan of Patpong, but last night I found myself there meeting my partner in crime Eyemahk. Was not really looking forward to it, going there I mean lol, but had not been there in about 2 years so thought, why not?

Well as it turns out all the Kings bars have happy hour till 10 pm. Bottled beer 50 baht, yes you read that right, in Bkk. As there were so many Japanese about we got little to no hassle from the girls. Some good talent there, Pook bar quality. Changed my opinion of the place as before it was very in your face, "buy me drink stuff".

Well worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.

I have often stated that IMHO Patpong is much under rated - especially given that heaps of LB's think its the only place in BKK that have farang customers. hence KC3 has a huge volume (and turnover) of LB's - who seem to range between the one week wonders (there for a week then gone) or the eternal flames (never get rid of them no matter what). Weekends tend to be much better selection wise as you do get a lot of Part time working girls looking to earn some cash without needing to be in their day job by 8am the next morning......

Given that Patpong has almost died recently - the idea of a 50b happy hour would make sense as simply the farang LB scene has totally moved to Sukhumvit Soi 4.

Was in KC3 few weeks ago. Ladydrink was cheap (100 BHT I think) and cabaret show so-so. Bar was full of girls, some were quite nice, there were only 3 punters (one was me with my only). LB friend of my only was so desperate about money she told me she would go with us if we pay her barfine, she specifically said she don’t want any LT/ST fee and she didn’t show any fixed price paper like it was said in some urban legend...

Of course I passed this proposition, my only gave me »the look« when I wanted to ask her if this is ok with her… and I was wondering did I pass freebie or not since, I still had to pay barfine.
