I hope that Tattoo is a fake. The most guys did know what this sign also can mean. Not so Nice i think, but she is sweet on the Pics again. But Emma 2 is also a cute one on the Pictures.

I think you're getting it the wrong way around, a real tattoo looks very black when freshly done (as the one pictured is). When it dries and starts to peel a bit it may fade and look more blue.
