i'm curious though Jimbo; does every newbie that turns up get a chance at C&D? Do they just pop in and say hello i want work here?

No, we turn away 50% because they're known to be bad, obviously on drugs, or have recently worked at Tequila Bar. And yes they do just pop in and ask to work.

Sorry boys, its true! Here it is. Big mistake IMO, but hey she's young and sometimes stupid same as all of us ( ok, many years ago in my case!). If this had appeared on anybody else i would have credited them with wanting a Hindu symbol, but our Emma is well educated and well read, so i'm sure she knows something of the connotations for us westerners.
