I have it on good authority that Leo used Pratunam Polyclinic

Doctor Thep Vechavisit, Pratunam Polyclinic (02-254-5888), 425/4 Rajaprarop Road, Bangkok gives the best results and is recommended, despite it being a small clinic.

Dr. Thep uses the higher quality silicon from USA and Holland and places it under the skin, not under the muscle, one reason being this makes it easier for on-going massage to keep the breasts soft.

Following his initial fee of around B45,000 there will be no further charge for any follow-up checks or should any subsequent issues need attending to. Previous customers of his will only be charged B30,000 for upgrades or reductions.

If a girl has silicon breasts from another clinic or doctor already, he will still only charge B45,000 for the new breasts, the removal of the old silicon is free.

While Dr. Thep has a reputation for good results- he doesn't use general anesthesia at his clinic. That means that the patient must have a high pain tolerance, because under local anesthesia it's going to hurt a lot!

There have also been some comments about the cleanliness of his clinic - but there is no disputing he does good work.

This is first hand information from an lb who had her breast implants done by him.
