so is it worth changing £ to $ then changing into baht ?
I'm confused

Steviep

No dude.

The GBP to USD is as shit as the GBP to THB.

Multiple exchanges is rarely a good thing, not in the short term.

What a ridiculous statement.....last year and previous years the world wasn't in financial disarray...it's not going to happen unfortunately

Bloody Hell Gaz's prediction is as half baked as all those high paid economic forecasters that occupy the corner offices in George and Pitt streets (Donny I'm actually in your fair city tonight at the Mecure at Central Station and can actually see some of those offices, can't make out the crystal balls from this distance though)
This week I've heard one forecaster say the AUD could go as low as USD 0.40 and somewhere else I read that we will be back at USD 0.80 soon  J.M Keynes, the father of modern economics once said "Astrology was invented to make economic forecasting look respectable"
To be honest I couldn't give a shit that my upcoming trip to Thailand will cost more. My problem is I buy about USD 200,000 per month of product and sell same in AUD....to use a technical term, I'm fooked right now
When I were a lad we had the one thing that money can't buy....poverty

If you buy products for 200,000 USD and sell them for the same in AUD (200,000) I can understand you are fooooked :D

economics is not my srongest point, however in the news yesterday it said that the asian stock market ie japan, singapore ect had its worst days trading for 8 years, if the asian stock market continues like this, would it make the pound, dollar ect stronger against the baht :?:
