I applaud you for taking a firm stance Karl, if this is what really went down! Unfortunately, like everything else, there are two sides to every story, and the version I got totally contradicts your version.

Now before you ask, no - I don't believe everything a certain LB tells me, but you will be the first to admit that we have been here before with certain members of staff, and they always end up back in Ezy. So my question is....if they are continually a negative influence on the bar, why do you keep bringing them back.

How’s this for the otherside of the story ?

I learn December 26th from the same source she wants 2 days holiday.

I agree as that staff can return in time for a prebooked internet member. The Farewell to 2009 Party and The New Year Ezy Trip.

The reality was she didn’t return until January 3rd.

Missed every event that i’d planned and upon return informs me. You gave her “No Money” regards barfine and she received “No Money” for her services the whole time when with you!

Everyone now reading this is thinking only one of two things ...

But the same answer applies ... “Bullshit!”

Then as she’s “No Money” to pay her motorbike rental!
I have to loan her the money. Which still remains unpaid todate.

Here’s the best bit end of January she asks for her commission from drink and off! WTF!

She has to repay what is owed to the bar and myself before receiving any commission! Which was nowhere near the amount she owed and i'm still out of pocket! Which is probably along the lines of the story you heard! She wasn't paid ...

NOW Who do you believe? .... Myself who has dates, times and receipts.

Because this occasion ... You are the otherside of the story!

Previously i've allowed her to return as the fault lay between customer and her! And instigated out time suitable to the offence where possible keeping customer relations inorder.

This time she's not in agreement with conditions of employment at "Ezy" Every barowner and many members know i enforce only the minimum conditons of control compared to many other bars.

The new staff are all totally happy with the terms here and have to agree are starting to look real good.

You can answer if you so wish. But it will only incriminate you or her. We’re friends and i know who's story to believe and who the members reading believe

Thanks for the reply Karl. I have always been big enough to hold up my hands when I am in the wrong, and on this occasion it looks like I am in the wrong. So I appologise wholeheartedly to you sir.
Can I clear one thing (although I believe you probably already know this), the LB in question was paid generously for her services over the xmas period - including barfine cover for that time!
The story I heard had nothing to do with salary payments, and although it sounded convincing, going by what you have just told me , was obviously another fairytale for the stupid farang.
I look forward to seeing you again in june, and hope you accept a few beers from as way of an appology.
