Explanation in order.

Lay doen’t have her own ID card which is why the ID card she produced even you couldn’t tell the person pictured in the ID

Lay’s ID is in her country and she’s been told she needs to get it A.S.A.P as entry to most hotels will not be permitted without it.

Until such time Lay is suppose to only work service, learn English and do P.R until she collects her ID

Lay’s previous 2 barfines only wanted to take her to dinner and obviously with the card Lay was carrying Lay would have been fully aware she’d be refused hotel entry once this ID was presented at reception.

I can only ask Lay later for "The Real Story!"
