There are several there from La Bamba if you look closely, including Alis. Obviously there to help celebrate Oh's birthday.

Sounds like a reasonable explanation to me !
I think it's really cool that they all support each other and attend their ladyboy friends birthday parties.
Then again, perhaps they are just there for a free feed.
