there is a german guy and his gg (i know some more who tried, but din´t put it in the net) doing the farm-thing. If you can read german try this link, it´s a interesting story with all it´s up´s and down´s. Maybe a translation program will do.

I`ve just had a text message from Steviep, in Isaan with his teeruk and her family. Most of his language is unprintable even on here, but I think the gyst is that the rice farming idea is probably off the radar now! I look forward to reading his report - it should be hilarious.

Yep... life at the Nissan factory is for Thais, also farangs who are skint and unable to sustain a standard of living in one of the more expensive fashionable resorts where we go for our holidays :lol:

Well we did try and warn him , I can't wait for the report . I lasted about three days in my wifes village. :roll:
