Do you know, are the girls wearing the black stockings every night (or is it a themed based thing). I love that look and hope its an everynight occurance.

As I understand it, its up to the girl concerned - all are given a few pairs and two groups tend to wear them continually - i.e the team that are considered secretaries and the leather team (thats new and not even completed yet in terms of who it will be, but the uniform is basically very tight real leather skirts (both pencil and mini) with some kind of halter neck top but I have not seen it myself. There are 5 girls in each group but the uniforms have been ordered from the USA and are taking forever to arrive so its not a daily occurence yet but will be before the peak season hits. Virtually every girl is already always high heel pumps - seems that everyone copies Jay in this regard.

The idea is that Jay is splitting the girls into groups that define their character. So presumably confident girls like Joy, Jenny, etc will be in the leather group. Not so confident girls are in the secretary group (i.e Beer, Fah, Yo, Ohm, Ae). This is the secretary style below but already they have black skirts as well as the grey colour.
