I was really hoping for a photo update too ;o) I'm going to Bangkok in 3 weeks and would like to visit Guess bar.
Does anyone know if Dear and Eats are still working there?

Dear has always been an on-off girl at the bar - i.e sometimes she is there everyday for a whole week and then she is back up country for a week. As far as I know she is still around.
Apparently Eats has come back again to the bar and has been there in the last week.
However bear in mind, after red shirt riots, curfews at 8pm etc - this is really a very very low season in BKK - lots of girls have elected to go home for a couple of months as they were not even earning enough money to eat let alone pay their rent. Things will start to pickup as they always seem to have a habit of doing.

Excellent - thanks for the update ;o) Hopefully I will be able to find Eats or Dear when I am in Bangkok then. Unfortunately I'm only there for two nights but maybe I'll get lucky.

No photos in bars is actually standard policy in all the NEP lb bars, with signs posted up, Patpong bars like King's Corner and King's Castle III also have the same policy.
Very true - however one might think that some bar owners would reconsider given the buzz that Jimbo gets from all the photos allowed and subsequently posted from C&D...

Or Singapore - it looked like the Bangkok All Stars traveling team was in Orchard Towers last month during the final crackdown. Had a game of pool and a friendly squeeze with Beer in Crazy Horse - always nice to see a friendly face far from home.
