Just a quick update which will be followed by pictures of the new staff.

* Nan and Nat are both in relationships and have left the bar.

* 3 new girls have started over the last week.

* 2nd birthday party for Guess bar is set for Friday 21st November and the entire staff are being split into various teams - idea being each team will be looking completely different and guests will be asked to vote for their favourite team. In a typically Thai way, votes of course are for buying so expect plenty of offers for your vote.

* The secretary uniform is being extended - more skirts and blouses are imminent and this will become an almost daily fixture in the bar for the 5 girls who have this uniform.

* An additional uniform is coming and consists of genuine leather skirts and lace blouses - all in black. 5/6 girls will receive this uniform. Pics will be forthcoming in the next week.

* Guess has not raised drink prices in the 2 years they have been open, nor have they changed barfine prices.

* Dedicated service staff are being considered and Jay is looking to hire an additional 5 staff to join the main team for high season. Current average staffing per night is running at 24 staff i.e thats the average for who starts the shift and does NOT include staff on days off.

Thanks for the update mardhi.
It's always good to have that kind of recap - because in a world where prices are always escalating its good to be reminded when good bars have maintained their pricing structure - good value in a quality establishment.

Please publish a few pics of the 3 new girls that started last week if possible.

on the upcoming trip after landing i am going straight to pattaya.so i guess i will miss the birthday party.sorry Mardhi :twisted:
