As much as I love the apple juice...at 180b it has a major impact on my wallet as CT suggests above.....this may appear to be going off topic but it is indirectly related to what we are prepared to pay for company later on....
When he says "10+".....this is an underestimation.....thats probably between 3-7pm....the evening session will more than likely see off a further 20 of these little devils....add it all up and we are pissing away close to 5k+ on the stuff on a daily basis....
This has to stop as it leaves less for the LB's of our choice.....so....my revised battle plan hopes to address these pressing issues and more time to be spent in the company of a lovely....I'll let you know how I get on....

I'm sure no one from waking up to going loom at end if evening, with a lovely and has eaten at least 2 meals a day ( breakfast & evening meal)
drinks + ladydrinks + bar fine's price for the girls time can really do it on 3k a day.

To echo Kim's comments...we all go there with different size wallets and appetites...
Having been there as the 2 week millionaire I find myself now settling down and enjoying LoS at a slightly altered more enjoyable pace......until SLBT steps off the plane......

imho you should always bring a decent amount of spending money with you, as for me it is not a holiday if you have over spent one day and the next day you have to count pennies to cover for the over spend, that is not a holiday

I meant no criticism of what anyone spends on their holiday.
Simply making the point that some folk pay well over the odds for LB company, thus pushing the price up for everyone.

Must agree with Dixon here - we all have our own budget and our own expectations.
I have seen many a LB quote varying rates. She is out to get the best deal as is the customer. I always urge people to agree rates in ADVANCE.
I observed one LB quote 5000 and 1000 in the same bar the same night!
One guy was overweight and a bit drunk.
The other guy was younger and good fun.
You figure who was quoted what?
I have my budget, as do all of us, but when the quote is high just reconsider! Big Ocean and many Fish....
I read a trip report where a guy paid what he thought was fair. She was not happy. Moral of the story - agree up front. You can always tip over the rate. I know a few guys who make it clear - 'This is what we agreed and this is a tip from me'. Just so she knows the going rate.
More experienced guys will disagree but they do have the experience!
If an LB over states her expectation just move on - she may even return and renegotiate!
I took a group of 'elderly' mongers out - one guy kept shoving 300 baht to every girl that he met! Took me a long time to explain he was doing no one any favors.

getting off track here to what me and ct are on about, not how much the gals are paid but we spend more money as we do not drink the local alchohol which is imho opinion cheap and nasty as fuck.
the samsong stuff and thai whisky, get a measure for cheap as chips compared to voddy, also if you drink cider you are knacked in los as it is expensive.
also thai food is too spicey for me, so i cannot buy the 25 baht street stuff, i prefer going to sit in a restaraunt.

Next time I'll ensure I stop by the ATM and withdraw a wad of 1000 Baht notes for that purpose.
