Its hard to get any closer than PS Hotel, rocket. Its a few years since i've been in the place but it was always ok.
Hemingways is a brisk 5 minute walk to Bangla but has a better atmosphere, and a pool too.
Both LB friendly.

The safari beach hotel is just around the corner from bangla Rd and is lb friendly. Decent hotel but not the cheapest. You are very close to the beach though if that matters to you.

Ladyboys can be found absolutely everywhere in Phuket. Six months in Phuket and I never went to a ladyboy bar ever. Got my rocks off and fully satiated before all the bars started to really kick in
