There’s nothing worse than taking the ladyboy of your dreams to spend the night with you, only for her to be denied entry to your hotel. We are here with an up to date list of Ladyboy friendly hotels in Patong, Phuket, for 2022.
‘Ladyboy friendly’ should mean you can take a ladyboy back to your room, for the night, without any extra charges to your room. Some hotels advertise themselves as ladyboy or guest friendly, but will charge a ‘joiner fee’ each time you bring a guest back (from 200 to 2,000 baht a time!). We don’t consider this ladyboy friendly, as the first guest each night should always be free to be fully guest friendly.

We contacted these hotels in March 2022. Guest policies are rarely made public or found on hotel websites and can change at any moment. We strongly suggest emailing the hotel you wish to stay with and writing their ladyboy guest policy. You don’t have to use the email you booked with and can do it anonymously via another email address.

Budget Ladyboy Friendly Hotels in Phuket

Orange Hotel
Best rate: 700 Baht

The Orange Hotel is a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road and the Jongcelyon shopping mall and only a 3 minute walk to Patong Beach. It’s a great location, in a quiet soi but with lots of bars, restaurants and ladyboy massages within a short walk away.

This is an immaculate and reliable budget hotel, with excellent staff/security and comfortable beds. With rooms starting at 700 baht, it’s a well-recommended ladyboy friendly Patong budget Phuket hotel. Please note that there are no lifts in the building, so it’s not a good choice if you struggle with stairs.

Guest policy: “There is no joiner fee charge for a single guest if you are staying in the room. All rooms are for two people.”

Arya Boutique Room
Best rate: 700 Baht

The Arya Boutique is just over a 10-minute walk to Patong Beach and the heart of the ladyboy bar scene (Bangla Road). It’s a bit of a trek for those out-of-shape, especially during the hottest part of the day, but very walkable for the average person.

This is one of the best budget hotels in Phuket and has more of a slight mid-range hotel feel. The rooms are very clean and modern, with some feeling more like a suite and the reception area also has a bar and pool table, perfect for a nightcap or afternoon tipple.

Guest policy: “Our rates are for two persons, so if you one person you can bring a ladyboy guest to stay with you for no charge (free).”

Mid Range Ladyboy Friendly Hotels in Phuket

Acca Patong
Beat rate: 900 Baht

Acca Patong is just a 3-minute walk to Bangla Road (it’s literally at the end of the short soi) and about a 7-8 min walk to Patong Beach. Located on Soi Sensabai, there are many bars, restaurants, and massages right on your doorstep.

I’ve stayed at the Acca a couple of times and have not been disappointed. The rooms have all the essentials, including safety boxes and complimentary bathroom supplies, and the staff are always happy to see you and help when needed. Despite being a small hotel, they also have a lift.

Guest policy: “We don’t charge a joiner fee for a ladyboy to come to your room. All guests are welcome.”

R Mar Resort & Spa
Best rate: 1,300 Baht

The R Mar Resort is about 6 minutes walking distance to Bangla Road and only 2-3 minutes to Patong Beach. Despite being close to the action, it’s set on a small side soi, offering lots of privacy and tranquillity.

The R Mar is an upper mid-range hotel, with spotless and comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The large lagoon pool and bar are top-notch and a great place to spend a long afternoon and recharge your batteries. The gym is also very well equipped.

Guest policy: “Yes, you can bring ladyboy guests, and we don’t charge any joiner fees. Guests can stay overnight with no fee.”

Luxury Phuket Ladyboy Friendly Hotels in Phuket

Prince Edouard Resort
Best rate: 1,700 Baht

The Prince Edouard is on the far Northend of Patong, and a 25 minute walk to Bangla Road and the heart of Phuket’s nightlife (about 10-12 minutes to the beach). While it’s not a short walk, there are no shortage of taxis and the actions is only a 5-min drive away (about 300 baht each way).

The Prince Edouard is a 4 star resort with a wide range of room types, from studios to suites and apartments. Facilities include a large gym, bars, restaurants, saunas, and a very nice pool with ocean views.

Guest policy: “You can bring ladyboy guests back to your room for an overnight stay. There is no joiner charges.”

IndoChine Resort & Villas
Best rate: 2,100 Baht

The IndoChine Resort & Villas is similarly about 30 mins walk to Bangla, set in the far north of Bangla, on the road towards Kamala Beach. It’s location offers total tranquility with most of the rooms having stunning ocean views.

The rooms at the IndoChine are luxury with total comfort and style.The facilities are equally excellent, with a gym and pool both offering amazing views of Patong bay. For the ultimate in luxury Phuket stays, take a look at their private pool villas.
