Good to see the lineup continues to be refreshed Mardhi. Just curious - are the girls coming to Anaconda with the idea that a promotion to Guess is in the offing should they play their cards correctly? I seem to notice a steady Western migration pattern when I look at the two bars respective threads. The girls are sent up to BKK for 'training' - i.e its mostly about make-up, dress sense, styling, talking with customers as invariably they are pretty farm fresh. They then go back to Anaconda or apply to stay in BKK. BKK is bursting at the seams with staff currently - I believe another 5 have started in as many days. having said that, Anaconda is no slouch now and has 17 staff not including the 2 who are currently in BKK. The difference in Pattaya is that they all seem to be turning up everyday and even on time !!!!!! If that ever happened in BKK, I think there would be standing room only in little GB.
But in specific answer to your question about Gaw - I think she will likely choose to stay in BKK - she is doing very well.
