On big party nights like last night, its often easy to forget how complex these things are to arrange and to operate smoothly, not too mention preparing and cooking some 20KG's of meat which is how much was used last night. Its a challenge in any business, but even more so where the entire service team comprises ladyboys who are probably more worried about breaking fingernails than doing some hard graft. 6 kids worked their buts of last night and especially so as the Anaconda team is light on service with Ying being off sick and Nancy on a long term barfine. Service is being handled in Anaconda primarily by Toey and Rose at the moment and last night they were assisted by Moo, Joy, Ink & Yuki from Guess Bar.
