Monday 25.

Som and I take a baht bus to Soi Chayapoon to meet NW and Bee in........Chow Soy funnily enough. After the meal the girls take a motorbike taxi each back to Jomtien and NW and I decide on a plan of campaign for the afternoon. The great think about this location is that all angles are open. Soi Diana is close if you want to go directly to Beach road, whereas heading left or right will take you to Pattaya Tai or Klang and beyond respectively. We decide to go right and make our way to Naklua along Beach road, via Soi 6.

Soi 6 is a place I seldom drink in, usually only if there is a party in one of the bars, or some friends plan to meet there. It can be fun to stroll down it in the afternoon, and also take in Soi6/1 while in the area. As we are wandering down 6 I get chatting to two of ours outside a massage joint, Nataly of Massage, opposite Lucky Love bar. Their names are Bea and Far, and Bea, the taller of the two is damn cute. I look around to see where NW is, and notice he is talking to a hottie outside Lucky Love called Jim or something sounding like that.

Anyways we agree we cannot let these sirens distract us form our planned walk and so after a bit of flirting it's time to carry on. The sky had been dark all day with the threat of rain constantly in the air. We make it to the end of Beach Road, but by now is is really dark and looking like imminent rain. We ponder our next move, not wanting to get caught in no mans land without shelter if we continue along the coast towards Naklua. We decide the best thing is to cut our losses and head back along the Coconut bar so at least we will have some shelter if there is a downpour. with some time on our hands, we decide to cut through Central, have a scout around the shops looking for some of our chosen tastes, and then check out Made in Thailand on Second Rd for some bargains. All riviting stuff I am sure you will agree.

A group of FMs from LB-69 have arranged to meet up in La Bamba around 8 pm. I mentioned it to some FMs on LBP and they are there also when I arrive 3 fine German gentlemen. I won't list the forum names of all present for fear of leaving someone out, but you guys know who you are. Patty is manning the bar, Nok and Sindy are floating around outside.

After La Bamba, a group of us head to Stringfellows, where a lot of eye level boners in tiny briefs keep us entertained while we try to moisten our dry throats with various beverages. After a couple of beers it is decision time, and the consensus is to hit Koyo7, to keep the brief costume theme going. Ninewives, Coletrickle and I grab a kebab on Walking St and have it over a beer in Linda's before making our way to Koyo7.

There are not many girls around when we get to Koyo, and the three of us join Koykaeng, Snick and Mardhi and shoot the breeze over a few cool ones. Koyo gets quiet from 1 am onwards as many of the girls are bar fined by then. One on the girls still there is Bell, a favourite of some FMs I believe

It's about 2 am now when we leave Koyo. We all split up, with NW, Mardhi and I heading to Nong bar on soi Diana, a bar I have not been to this trip yet. Although it is mostly a GG establishment, it is also a good spot for finding the exiled golden generation from Ezy bar. On this occasion I spot Peang, Chocolate and another one our ours whom I don't recognise, but who keeps giving me the eye. After a beer, NW and I leave with the intention of heading towards Pook Swan to see what might be hanging around at this very late hour.

Alas we only make it as far as Pussy bar, which is in the same complex as Nong bar, actually beside it on the street side, as NW has taken a fancy to one of ours who is working behind the bar. She is a really nice girl to chat with and she introduces herself as Aom. That's one of the great things about Pattaya, plans can change in a heartbeat and it is always fun to play it by ear. Anyway NW is quite taken with Aom, and she manages to twist his rubber are into escorting him back to his loom.

This leaves me alone weighting up my options. Before I have time to ponder too much, the LB I did not recognise from Nong bar passes by and says "Hi D" in a tone that tells me she knows me from before. I study her face to figure out who she is, and it takes me a few seconds to process all the available clues, Nong bar, voice, shape of face etc, to take an educated guess who she may be. Still not even 50% sure, I take a chance and say in all the fake confidence I can muster, "Hi Ink, how are you?"

Luck is on my side, got the bulls eye on my fist guess and she is delighted I remember her, sure why wouldn't I lol. We have a drink and a chat, and she offers to be my motorbike taxi home. I don't refuse.

That area is so much fun....is that VW bus, converted into a mini-bar still doing business across the street? I always enjoyed having a kebob purchased from the nice man adjacent to the bar, and then sitting down at the VW bus-bar with it for a snack and a drink...

....and then on to Nong bar, or Pook Swan, or a meander in and around the area. A much different vibe than Walking street, and thoroughly enjoyable. I like the rigid flexibility of your nightly plans.

Thanks Nix. Did not notice the VW but then again it was pretty late. Yea I reckon the play it by ear attitude is the only way to go in Patts, get the pulse of the night and take it as it comes. Plenty more to come.

BB glad to be back! It has been a longtime (no pun intended ) I know that there is always new talent on the horizon and LOS has many. Can't wait to get back. Nix hope to be back maybe by yrs end and most definitely the first of 2012!
