Weds Night

After a day of high wind, and driving rain, i thought the world and his dog would be out last night, when the weather eased at 9 pm.

They were - all moping around with their 7/11 carryouts in their hands, just staring at the bargirls, without venturing inside. Very frustrating for barowners.

I stopped for a moment at the corner of our soi to snap this little hottie, who flashed me a beaming smile:

Thursday Night
The monsoon is taking its time passing over Thailand. It was another day of high winds and driving rain, although Buddha was merciful, and it stopped in time for bar opening. Although, it was just a few loyal customers and friends who are keeping us going - the tourists are a ragtag lot at the moment: lots of arabs and indians getting away from the summer heat in their own countries, and with a zero budget for bar-hopping!
