RXPharm and Adventure Dude,

thanks for the pricing update. As i recall last May indeed the pricing RXPharm was mentioning was quoted but indeed i assume with current rain-season and economic climat (lesser tourist in numbers) one would expect more reasonable pricing.

Actually i experienced this first hand as in the last 3 weeks in Phuket the prices were definitely reasonable and certainly different then in high season but we all know how Thai Logic can differ from our logic ....

viking675, thanks for sharing re: your pricing observations.

In between sessions of the contest the bar went back to normal operations with the other ladies dancing on the platform. I took a few low light shots without flash so the customers wouldn't be irritated. One thing with low light is that it can be difficult for the camera to focus unless it has a good focus assist system. Also the subjects will be blurry because they are moving or you may be as the shutter speed is probably too low to freeze the movement.

Thanks to capricorn for the ID for Pentire. I did not ask the names as I was on a reconnaissance mission only and was busy snapping away.

A few more pics to pass the time by!

Even though I don't get to Patpong as often as I used to in the old days, over the years I've had some absolutely outstanding evenings at KC3. If I go out with some of the Bangkok locals, it seems they often are up for a trip over there - always a good sign in my book. As far as I know, I've never had a problem with bill padding, but one can never be sure once the night gets rolling. If I recall correctly KC3 does have one or two rather charming mamasans. :D

More importantly, the talent level there is oftentimes superb. As was mentioned somewhere on another thread by, I believe, Mardhi (or Rx?), this is apparently due to a high percentage of rural arrivals who, upon arrival in Bangkok, only know to go to Patpong, as well as a fair amount of part-time university students who flounce in as their studies permit. I've had the pleasure of some very fresh girls there, who, when you go back a second time are nowhere to be found.

That's when one counts upon Nancy riding to the rescue in full leathers. :sado: :D

Still a fun place. :cheer:

crackerjax, thanks for sharing about your experiences at KC3. I did mention about the part time university students, but not about the new rural arrivals - although I think the NEP bars are getting more of those now.

Here are a few more photos.

I normally donĀ“t like Patpong and prefer NEP but may be they have learned from the past.
Number 54 is more than hot.
