Spent the last four nights at Guess Bar and totally enjoyed watching the gang strutting their stuff or taking aim over the pool table.

I've been a visitor to Guess Bar since it's inception however I'm not sure I can recall such a stellar line up and so many girls being on the pay role at one time.

Anyway, do yourself a favour and take advantage of the current plethora of talent.

While you're there, perhaps you could slam Gate or climb Ant's hill.

boomdraw, I think you're high on something or not paying attention. There are 2 types of barfines at Guess Bar. 800 Baht for lbs on the service team (take drink orders, serve drinks, clean up the tables, etc), and 600 Baht for the hostess team lbs, who are the ones generally "taking care" of the punter.

This makes sense as you would like to keep staff in the bar to provide service for the incoming punters, but still are available if the punter prefers an lb from the service team, rather than the hostess team.

By the way there's NO Guess Bar lb who will accept your offer of a 300 Baht hugwalk.

RX, you may have missed Mardhi's announcement from two pages back:

And if 400 baht barfines prove popular than they may decide to keep the rate down over the low season. We can only wait & see.

As for Boom's 300 baht offers, never underestimate what a young, hansum man can do....

Pacman, thanks for the eagle eye spot. Doubtful that the barfines will stay that low, I think that was just one of the monthly promotions Guess Bar was having. Business in Bangkok seems to be ok, compared to Pattaya for the bars. I'm sure Marhdi will clarify, as we're 1/2 way through April.

RX is on the money - the April promotion is exactly just that - a one month promotion that includes the Songkran period when many girls want to go home. Barfines will revert to standard rates in May onwards and unlike Pattaya, Bangkok does not have a particularly low season. Equally though it does not have an especially higher "peak season" either.
