The ambience of Guess Bar has changed as you say mardhi and not for the better

  

However i went to see the girls and it was of no concern that the barman was engrossed in his phone..he smiled when he served me a drink..which was more than i got in other establishments.

 

I arrived after 2.00am both nights, quite drunk! 

The first night i played a game of pool..i won and i honestly thought i was going to get a pool cue over my head!

At the end of the night when the girls were leaving i got pounced on and ravished by Fah

 

The second night i gave the pool a miss and just drank. 

Again the girls were leaving and i was cuddled by Bee. This was weird as they were the two i had went to see..maybe i gave them signs, but can't remember doing it..

 

I definately would not enjoy it if i were sober  and if Bee and Fah left i would not return even drunk.

 

I have empathy for you and your fellow investors mardhi but the guys are on holiday and most will not take anything which has happened as a factor to whether they go to Guess Bar or not.

 

It might make them a bit more wary and a bit more ready to vacate and not return if they don't like the new Guess experience!

There has been a huge drop in customer numbers - yet its all relative, just a drop of 5-10 customers a day can sometimes be 50% of the total customer count.  Now some of that will be due to guys having read the story of what has happened and choosing to give the place a wide berth.  However its naive to think that this is the total reason.   I suspect what is more likely is that some have gone to see the bar and decided they did not like the offering/ambience/girls - whatever.  And then have not bothered to return or return much less frequently.      Naturally, some will prefer the current style - that is just human nature & by the same token, a fair few won't give a toss either way and find things much the same.    By the sound of things and certainly on the feedback I get from all sides - customers & girls - much less people are now visiting and the ratio of barfines to customers have dropped by a much bigger ratio than the pure customer count.     So presumably, that would indicate - the customers who are going are not barfining as much and by the same token not drinking as much either.      

 

In time, I am sure another venue will open that will pick up that slack and get its act together.    I doubt GB will close, its location should ensure that - it will just become similar to the Pinochio type bars where atmosphere is lacking and guy's tend to go just for a BJ in the bar or a quick ST with a mostly B team lineup.   Bee has gone already, only Fah remains of the A team - i.e girls who have such strong reputations & looks, that customers will make an effort and go and see them.   None of the other girls have that customer pulling power in part because not many know who they are and the current regime do not know or understand how to reach those potential customers.               

 

However as I have said before, nature will run its course and whatever happen's will happen.

Yes, that may be the case, or maybe not.  I'd personally lean towards the fact that it's most likely due to it being a long low-season and numbers are down across the board.

 

There comes a time when one needs to move on or an issue may forever eat away.

I stopped bothering with it a couple years ago. Girls did not seem to give a fuck and wanted stupid money, for what always ended up as a SHORT time with lackluster performance, mostly going thru the motions with a sales pictch about how you should come back tomorrow and 500 baht more and they'll do it all....TWICE. Bullshit. They looked as bored as parking lot attendants. Sorry to hear about the business side of it.

What happened with the first Guess bar?  Wasn't  there problems with Jay? and with money?   The ending for an illegal or semi illegal business never ends well.  That's why people sell them when the going is good and get out.

.. does anyone know if the ST room/barfine rates have changed and if they have what are they now, just curious to find out what the new increase might be as I will be there in Oct..  I may not even bother to check it out but I might just to report what has changed since mardhi is no longer updating the situation there, and who knows what gem might be working there then so I will dutifully report my findings on my way to Temptations.. it may not even be open by the time i get there anyway..

I was there a few weeks ago, and there were many nice girls there. I had one beauty, and the ST room price is the same as before.

I haven't been to Guess Bar in a while as I'm down in Pattaya...
.. but it never hurts to see some lovely legs
