I would suggest you check some facts before you post comments like "the majority of VIPs are ones who got it free from last year".

Dont use quotation marks when just giving an example of what someone is saying.

I dont agree with your comment "TLF would not last after the format change, but one year later it is still going". In my opinion the real change has been recently as PP has already pointed out, and not 1 year ago.

The coming months will be the most important time for TFL, it will be the time it will find out if people really want to pay for a product that is available free elsewhere like this forum for example.

I did give some sound marketing advice that could be taken into consideration. Like users being able to view all sub-forums but needing VIP status to actually view the thread. Let the potential customers actually see the product, let them see what they are missing out on by not being a VIP.

The site is doing better than I thought it would financially and I'm happy to report that almost 500 people have signed up during the first nine months of the year.

Despite what you think most people who join NEVER post. A look through the VIP member list surprises most people as they don't recognize any of the names!

Some of the so called 'advice' offered here is clearly by people who are uninformed about how the internet works and how business works.

There will always be a 'noisy' campaign from people who want everything on the internet to be free... but in my case there is a silent majority of great people who don't mind paying $1 a week for a quality and up to date magazine on the Asian Ladyboy scene...

There are alternatives of course and in the end some of you get what you don't pay for!
