Also thanks to Triat45 for returning Nicole in good working order, also armed with marmalade (thanks mate) ,and a couple of thou to Ring The Bell! Very much helped the welcome back party.

We had a great trip ...
Walking around Patong or Phuket Town with Nicole on your arm always pulls a few looks ... but nothing like the looks we pulled on Orchard Road and around Clarke Quay.

Funniest moment of the trip, though, went to SilkAir check-in girl when we were leaving Thursday afternoon. Looked at Nicole's boarding pass after printing it, and asked "Are you sure the name is right?". Clearly, the "Mr. xxx " had thrown the young Singaporean!

Lol Triat, that must have been quite a moment! Full marks to you for having the balls to be proud enough of your girl to ignore the stares and comments. And although i haven't had much of a chance for a good natter with Nicole yet, due to the arrival of Stevie's Gang, she seems very very happy just now.
