The curfew in Bangkok has been lifted.
I was in Nana last night and I think all system is back to normal. There are not many customers but plenty of girls at about 9pm. I am not sure if there's special rate, but I suspect it should be the same - the prices for drinks are the same for sure.
I was first in Obsession and there were plenty of options... but I was slightly uncomfortable, maybe I've been reading too many reports that the girls are looking for Japanese fat wallets... and I'm Asian! Finished a beer and headed upstairs to Cascades. It was a more comfortable, and again, plenty of choices, any type that you wanted. Bought girl #75 a drink. Chatted for a while, but due to prior commitment, I knew I wouldn't be bar-fining any girls tonight. But before I left, one of the waitresses insisted that I tip the girl on top of the LB drink. I refused because I didn't like the hassle... and she blew up and asked me to leave. I was leaving anyhow, so I stood up and left. The waitress followed me out and asked me to go back to my home country. How courteous!
Tonight I should be back to Nana... although I'd love to go back to Cascades, which in my opinion has better choices, I'm thinking twice about having to see the face of that waitress again!

Thank you for the report & I dont think you "rant" at all. I would certainly also leave the establishment the same way & definately as soon as they start to nag about tip & shit.. 
Seems the lady you mention dont like us to visit her country.The red terrorists did their best to show it too during the past months..

Unfortunately that treatment happens sometimes, I guess they are more delicate currently due to recent events, resulting in loss of income and baht being harder to come by.

Anyone noticed that there is a boy hanging around the entrance of Nana?
I was perched up in Big Dogs watching the spectacle.
It was dreadful in fact. He had short hair with nothing but a dress on.
He must be about 15. Some sick fuckers would go with him.
A couple of foreign girls took him to the 7-11 to buy food for him out of sympathy, then he returned to look for customers.

Nothing unexpected for Thailand. My only was 14 when she was thrown from her home because she was ladyboy… but that didn’t stopped her family to ask her for money and to ask me when I'll buy them house. 555
