When I got back there in 2003 on my own, Cocktail and Dreams, then in the Tiger Complex became my local for the 5 weeks I spent there. I just loved it, really felt part of the LB world while sipping a cold one. Patong became my regular holiday spot for the next few years, along with Hua Hin.
In April 2007 I bumped into Kitti there. Got chatting to her for a few nights, but because I was always on the piss with my brother and a mate, never got round to sleeping with her. Anyway we exchanged mobiles and that was that, or so I thought.
A few weeks later, I am back in Bangkok, when I get a call from Kitti, she is in Nonthonburi getting her boob implants, and the friend she is supposed to be staying with is out of town. She says she does not know anyone in Bangkok, and is there the slightest chance she could stay in my studio for a few days until she recovers.
