After such a fun filled afternoon, I was happy to have a relatively quiet night, especially given I had to get myself back to Bangkok in the morning for a flight to Phuket. :)

Started off with a couple of beers in Nid's Bar, a few metres away from the LK Renaissance hotel.

The first LB pictured has been around the scene for a while, and I remember her face from Walking Street, and possibly even Lita's Bar ?

The seconf girl pictured looked alot better in the flesh than my photo.

After a couple of cold ones at Nid's Bar, crossed the road and continued to drink at New Orn Bar. :D

After some consideration, I decided to take Nat back to the room for a final fling before leaving for Phuket in the morning.

KK, pics 357 and 358 - is that Amy back at New Orn bar?
She had been gone for a while along with many others ( owner sacked them)

I think that's her name, not certain, but I've met before at the bar on previous trips, and she's very sweet & calm, unlike Nat. :lol:

I heard the same story about the boss 'reducing' the number of ladyboys at the bar.

Cheers

Checked out of the LK Renaissance around 10am for the road trip to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport.
Had managed to make use of some Thai Airways frequent flyer points to cover return flights to Phuket and Chiang Mai, which was a nice little bonus.

The flight to Phuket was on schedule & without incident, and I was soon in the car on the way to The Place to Stay. Previously I'd stayed at Patong Villa which was fine, however I was actually keen to assess The Place to Stay for myself, particularly given so many experienced forum members had been singing its praises.

I was extremely happy at 'The Place to Stay', and thought it represented good value for money.

Keep in mind that it's not a hotel, but a Guest House, and Tom expects you lock the door at the entrance when you come & go, and switch off the light on the staircase, however that aside you're basically left to your own devices, and have no restrictions on how many LB's you bring back with you each night.

I stayed in Room Two, which had both airconditioning and a couple of fans which is a bonus if you don't like sleeping with the air conditioner running all night.

Here's a few photos which should give you a pretty good idea of the set up;

Brings back some good memories. Now let's see some shots of aroused naked ladyboys in the room please :D
