Our lovely Ministry for Foreign Affairs already issued statement (on Easter Sunday :shock: ) that all nonessential travels to Bangkok are not advised so I guess my insurance it now worthless since it clearly states it's invalid in case of civil unrests but do I care... no way, you only live once.

Perhaps I'm a bit nieve or maybe even foolhardy, but I never buy travel insurance. :shock:

When it costs less than £50 per year it doesn't make sense not to.

Also, good advice above about paying attention to insurance clauses and the small print.

I was talking about my life insurance my old lady forced me to sign :shock: , no adrenalin sport injuries covered, no wars, no civil unrests no...
