I just wish that the owners of JSB would make more of an effort to post stuff within the forums

Wise words Pentire. Are any of the BM's friendly with the owners to make encouraging noises to them about contributing to the forum here? Maybe they just need invited and mention that the other owners are doing a great job of promoting their own respective places. Maybe JSB owners are aware but don't care, or for some reason don't think its beneficial.

Lets hope they have a change of heart and start to actively promote the place. I for one think the bar owners have signficantly contributed to the success of this forum

JSB is more like a bus stop than a bar.

And let´s not forget the arabs and russian tourists taking videos of the freakshow. If you are lucky you might end up on youtube with Fon in your lap

I am of two minds about JSB - on the one hand it still conjures up good memories for me of my first trips to Pattaya when the JSB energy was high and the talent top-notch. But on recent visits I have found it rather lame - not many customers and too many "tourists" amongst those, chicks not as hot as before and more pushy/less fun than before. It does feel a bit like a bus stop as DC says - almost never see anyone dancing or hanging out in the back, and all the girls are prowling the street in front.

And as Pentire points out, the drink prices truly are ridiculous. Add that to the above with a complete lack of marketing and it is not surprising if they are having some problems. It seems like such a Pattaya institution though, so it would be sad to see it go. IMHO the more lb venues there are the better! :twisted:

BTW, how long has JSB actually been there?

I visited in 2000 and it was totally LB.

I like it - mainly as it was my first Pattaya LB experience.
Again one of those "first experience holds fond memory" type places.
And in its hay-day it had some top top top class LB's.

Plus its a bit of a landmark on Walking St.

I liked watching the girls strut there stuff for some reason it made me feel happy it sort of gave me that feeling like "I am on vacation"

That's for sure! When I see that I've definitely departed Commie Paradise and afrrived in a hornier place. :twisted:

I think JSB is place for you to have fun while watching them dance or sitting down there to have a drink or two while watching people walking by. The down side of the bar is

1. The drinks are too freaking expensive.
2. The DJ got to go.... his music selection is just bad, old and lousy.
Maybe that explain why maybe some of the lb are doin drugs cause they are forcing themselves to dance to that shit music.
3. The LB's there are pushy.
4. You dont even know which LB is under the Jenny or freelancing cause they all hang there.... and maybe you could be paying an extra 300 bath barfine which may not go to Jenny

Well i have nothing against them ... it the next to best thing on walking street compared to linda since the closure of Blue Ice
