Such is the excellent service provided by China Airlines out of Amsterdam in Dynasty Class that, following a couple bottles of champagne, red wine with dinner and a huge brandy...my flight time to the big mango is only a few hours.

Coming back it takes around eleven..so I'm told :?

As PP mentioned 11-12 hours from London if you can get a direct flight, 15-18 with connections.

Been looking into the new bus service from London-Sydney by a company called Ozbus, and it would take about 1344 hours or 56 days to Bangkok, with one or two toilet stops along the way.

Think i'll stick to flying.....

Sorry cannot resist, Singapore to Bangkok 2hrs (Shows 2.5hrs but they always manage it in under 2 from takeoff to landing.)

I often leave out Friday at 9:30pm (Local SG) and I'm sitting in a bar at midnight in Pattaya after a quick shower in the hotel :D
